As our CFO employed at Gridly, you will play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing organizations, both Gridly and LocalizeDirect AB. Your fluency in both Swedish and English, combined with your experience in finance in the software business, will enable you to effectively manage our financial operations and drive our business strategies toward achieving our new ambitious growth objectives.
In addition to overseeing the finances of both Gridly AB and LocalizeDirect AB Direct, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our continuous expansion, M&A and success. Your responsibilities will also include developing/supporting our SaaS-based business model and implementing KPI, policies and procedures that align with our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:
Select and implement a new financial system
Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to the executive team on financial matters.
Manage and oversee accounting.
Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS and/or software industry.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting, and tax laws.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience from scale -up or simular
