As a part of our intermodal transport team you will be responsible for all communications with our customers and our local subcontractors, planning transports, which includes tranports via train, road and sea.
Job description
• Accept and enter bookings
• Book trains, ferries, hauliers and cleanings
• Thorough follow up of transports
• Report any irregularities to customers
• Invoice customers and follow up on cost and revenues
• Plan routes through mostly Europe, but also to Russia and some overseas.



• Customer oriented, high communication skills.
• English and Swedish is a requirement. Finnish and other languages are a merit.
• Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office 365.
• Being able to work under high pressure and to juggle many tasks at the same time.
• Be meticulous and quick, not afraid of making though choices.
• Be analytical and work proactive
• Experience from transport planning is a merit but not crucial. The right person with a high drive is more important.
