//ABOUT THE POSITION
The role as part time lab assistant includes the following:


• Assisting to create a registry for equipment and stock levels (possibly asked to help with other excel databases also).
• General workshop cleanliness including processing of electrical, hazardous or dangerous waste.
• For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity to assist with completing tests on the motor test rig. This may involve assembly of parts, running of tests and documenting results.

You are a structured and organised person who enjoys working within a team but you are also able to work independently using your own initiative when necessary.

You may be studying an engineering based subject or have a hobbyist interest in engineering, electronics or engines and controls.  In house we have a workshop, test lab, 3D printer, laser cutter and other prototype production and testing equipment.  Outside of the tasks for the job role, there will be opportunities to support using this equipment and developing the associated processes.

Its good if you are comfortable with Swedish and English as we have a varied team

The purpose is to do virtual simulations and analysis to optimize tomorrow’s vehicles with respect to e.g. electric range, comfort, performance, environmental footprints etc. Depending on your background and interest, the role can also be more focused on data analysis or software development using engineering tools. 

You will have a close collaboration with the System Design Simulation team and Alvier Mechatronics network, striving towards finding an optimized concept for each application. This position is located in Helsingborg Sweden but of course you can also work from home on a regular babis. Travels may occur around 20-30 days per year.

As a Lead Test Engineer within the Prototype and Validation team you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of tests to validate the output of the Alvier development team. You will form an integral part of the Prototype and Validation team, taking initiative and leading activities to achieve results. In Addition to the internal testing capabilities, we have external testing capabilities and require a lead to help coordinate this work.

Din profil
Vi söker dig med högskoleutbildning inom supply chain och flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom logistik. Som person har du en välutvecklad samarbetsförmåga men också en egen drivkraft och ett proaktivt angreppsätt.  Du är analytisk med en förmåga att vara detaljorienterad utan att tappa helhetsperspektivet.

Tjänsten innebär nära samarbete med både Höganäs internationella säljbolag och kunder vilket ställer krav på att du är en skicklig kommunikatör med god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift, både på svenska och på engelska.
