You act as an ambassador for the IKEA values, with the awareness of what the IKEA brand represents and how it should be incorporated in everything we do. You seek to be on top of what is happening within the area, globally and locally, and you enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment. You have previous experience of working on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda and how to integrate it into business practices. You know how to create an inclusive culture, with supportive infrastructures and inclusive behaviours that enable co-workers to be themselves.
I’d also like to see that you can lead yourself and your work agenda, likewise enabling cross functional cooperation's. Furthermore, you can implement long-term plans, set budgets and goals.

Your responsibilities
Your overall task is to continue the path we are on, establishing IKEA Retail Sweden as a diverse and inclusive organisation, where everyone feels welcomed, respected, supported and valued. At IKEA we have a global Diversity & Inclusion plan and your job will be to adapt it to our needs and anchor it throughout the Swedish retail organisation. You will get support and guidance from our global EDI community and you will also have the opportunity to influence and work on global projects and plans together with our global EDI team.
You will be our go-to person for all aspects related to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in Sweden. You secure that equality, diversity and inclusion is a part of our leadership and competence development and you work on approaches to build competence across the organisation. Your work will also include collaboration with external organisations focusing on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.


In this role you will report to me, as Country Co-worker Experience Manager and we are a team of 4 talents that look forward to welcome you! As a team working within Co-worker Experience, our purpose is to help create a better everyday life for our many co-workers and in turn they can deliver the best customer experience!
