About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the activities of a large workstream, involving various projects
• Working collaboratively with customers and internal teams, you will lead the successful implementation of our professional services projects, for one of our key clients
• Being the accountable point person for project scope, schedule, delivery and project communications
• Define and communicate the project drivers, constraints and key requirements of the project, together with stakeholders
• Run SCRUM (or SCRUM-of-SCRUM) meetings and related activities
• Develop and maintain project plans including activities, deliverables and milestone due dates
• Coordinate and manage team allocations to facilitate optimal implementation timelines
• Perform regular risk assessments on projects and proactively plan strategies to minimize and mitigate risk
• Provide regular reports to all internal and client stakeholders on project status
• Resolve issues and risks associated with the project
• Coordinate user acceptance testing both internally and with the client
• Define and measure project performance indicators and take appropriate corrective action when needed
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement and learning
• Up to 10% short-term travel
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project/program management in a professional software development organization
• Minimum 3 years´ experience with, as well as solid theoretical and practical understanding of the Agile methodology
• Experience with large enterprise software projects
• Solid real-world knowledge and experience in project management approaches and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
• Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-site projects, ideally with an understanding of cultural differences in international projects
• Be good at managing and motivating people
• Enough technical expertise so you can speak the same language as our development teams and technology experts
• Experience with requirements / task management systems such as JIRA, Confluence
• Excellent communication, documentation, time/priority management and organizational skills
• Basic change management skills
• Comfortable in collaborative, less hierarchal environments
Preferred Optional Skills:
• Product management or requirements management expertise
• Experience in the Retail or e-Commerce industry
• Understanding of User Experience Design, with experience in working with UX teams
• Technical expertise related to cloud services (Google Cloud, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure)
• Be good at influencing stakeholders
• Able to deal with ambiguity and conflicting inputs by various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new things all the time and go slightly outside of your "comfort zone"
• B.Sc. degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
