Your background
Since this is an Open Application the background needed varies depending on the position.

However, for all positions you should have a university degree and you have been working a couple of years within your expertis.

What is the role like? 
You will be working with the clients' HR Information System. You act as an expert in the area of requirements and requirements analysis and will be a between business and IT. 

You will make sure the HR Information System is integrated and adjusted with other systems in order to meet the business requirements.

Your background: 
We expect you to have a higher education within System Science or similar along with some years of work experience. You have experience in requirements analysis and writing requirement specifications/user stories. Finally, you need to have experience from some HR Information System.  

Experience in various system development methods is a strong merit.

Vi har nu en intressant öppning till en tjänst som vi valt att kalla "Teknisk Business Analyst". Du kommer arbeta på plats hos vår kund som är ett globalt företag i Helsingborg.

 

Hur ser rollen ut?
Du kommer att arbeta med företagets samtliga moduler inom dess HR Information System där du fångar upp och lyssnar in verksamhetens krav samt skissar på förbättringar. Du ser till att systemet integreras och anpassas till övriga system och verksamheten i stort.

 

Din bakgrund
- Du har någon form av teknisk utbildning, exempelvis Systemvetare, och därmed inblick i olika systemutvecklingsmetoder.
- Du vet hur du fångar upp och hanterar både funktionella och icke-funktionella krav från verksamheten.
- Du har erfarenhet av att skriva kravspecifikationer och user stories.
- Du har erfarenhet av något HR system sedan tidigare.
