Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in process and solution development within HCM projects.

What you'll do:
? Providing support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities.
? Support refinement of the ART/product backlog and ensure that the right information is available for the teams/vendors.
? Collect and document the remaining requirements based on the needs of the business and support responsible for compiling requirements in Success Factor workbooks together with other project resources.
? Work together with the business in the production of manuals and other project documentation.
? Ensure the requirements and their prioritization before each iteration and participates in testing and planning of UAT tests.
Who you are:
? Excellent process knowledge and documentation skills with an end-to-end perspective and use of standard tools.
? Have experience in banking and financial services industries.
? Experience in identifying, translating, and securing detailed business requirements into IT deliverables including implementation and maintenance.
? Great ability to collect, structure, and analyse information.
? Have the ability to run and/or coordinate activities or projects, and a high level of knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
? Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
