The scope of Services


- Given the rapid evolution of technology in this field, it's vital for a distributed systems engineer to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the technology and is always looking to learn new things.

- The main objective is to secure CI/CD pipeline with monitoring tool -> Install and Configure Prometheus, Grafana using containers.

- Be a part of the development, piloting of core infrastructure solutions through automation and self-service capabilities in our warehouses.

- You will develop new Infrastructure platforms and establish the needed dashboards for visualization of our service metrics such as usage, cost and compliancy to ensure our efficiency.

- Ensure and review systems compliance towards Business requirements, legislations, or policies

- Take responsibility for cooperation and align key stakeholders throughout the Group with interdependencies towards Group Digital to develop Product/Service design and technical roadmaps

Requirements:

Beställaren har mängder av transporter till och från verksamheterna, det körs allt från mat till tvätt till beställning av alla möjliga sorters prylar runt om i hela staden. Om man ponerar att varje logistikföretag kör sin egen transport av salladshuvuden eller tvätt till ett vårdboende eller skola så förstår man snabbt att det är väldigt många transporter som sker varje dag hela veckorna. Så här har de alltid gjort tyvärr, men det börjar bli ett allt för stort problem för klimatet för att låta det fortgå. Som tur är så har beställaren ambitiösa mål om att vara en klimatneutral organisation 2030. I ett pilotprojekt så testade vi att låta transportörer kopplat till en skola ta egna initiativ till att dela på transporterna och därmed minskade de.

Detta vill vi nu försöka i större skala och behöver en app för mobiltelefon (nativeapp är att föredra tror de, men om ni har en lösning för webbapp så är det möjligen bättre) som listar transporter till stadens verksamheters adresser. Detta tror de möjliggörs genom att appen finns på chaufförens telefon och där fyller företaget i vilken lastbil det handlar om. Appen är igång i bakgrunden när chauffören kör iväg, och när transportbilen kommer inom GPS-lokation så sparas information om vilken bil det var och vilken ankomsstid/ datum.

Beställaren söker nu utvecklarkompetens för att ingå i deras pilotteam (tillsammans med innvoationsledare, UX-designer och inköpsansvariga mfl) för att bygga en första version av en öppen lösning så att dessa transporter kan visualiseras och att transportörerna kan gå samman och hitta lösningar som minskar onödiga körningar. De har testat med en verksamhet och några bolag och konstaterat att detta tycks kunna fungera. Nu vill de skala upp och skapa grunden för en plattform där logistikföretagen kan dela sina transportdata kopplat till stadens verksamheter för att hitta samarbeten och synergier som är bra för alla inblandade parter. Om företagen kan samköra och dela på rutter så minskar de onödiga utsläppen totalt sett som stadens verksamheter orsakar.

De behöver ta fram en lösning som bygger på öppen källkod och så få inlåsningseffekter som möjligt, för att kunna dela med sig av den färdiga lösningen som öppen källkod till andra offentliga aktörer. Stort plus om ert bolag ser affärsmöjlighet i uppskalning av lösningen.

Den kompetens de i första hand letar efter skall kunna göra en första variant baserat på ett eget arkitektoniskt förslag i dialog med beställaren. De har tagit fram wireframes och har ett förslag på hur de tänker sig den. Med hjälp av er vill de åstadkomma en första variant inom ramen för det här avropet, tanken är att de sedan sätter den lösningen i så många lastbilar vi kan och genererar en lista på transporter till och från kommunens adresser under en period på 6 månader.
