Required Skills & Qualifications

Du kommer att ingå i drift- och teknikavdelningen där du arbetar tillsammans med ytterligare två eventtekniker och fyra vaktmästare. Enheten leds av en driftchef samt en produktionsledare som ansvarar för evenemang-, respektive driftteknik.

Arbetsuppgifter
Hos oss kommer du att arbeta både självständigt och i lag med bland annat gästande evenemangsproduktioner, idrottsföreningar och andra verksamheter inom bolaget såsom Helsingborgs stadsteater och Sofiero. I ditt dagliga arbete samarbetar du ofta med projektledare och koordinatorer i en kreativ och skapande process för olika typer av evenemang.

Dina arbetsdagar kommer bland annat att innehålla:


• Planering och praktiskt genomförande av evenemang inom det tekniska området samt scenområdet.
• Bygga scen, sätta parkett och bygga tross.
• Rigging inför evenemang (innebär arbete på hög höjd).
• Arbetsledning av tillfällig personal vid evenemangs genomförande och omställning inför kommande evenemang.
• Bistå med teknisk hjälp vid konferenser och möten.
• Underhåll samt dokumentering av avdelningens tekniska samt övriga evenmangsrelaterade inventarier.
• Brand och säkerhetsarbete i samband med evenemang.
• Ansvara för ljud och/eller ljus vid evenemang.

Vi på drift- och teknikavdelningen arbetar verksamhetsöverskridande och en del av vårt helhetsuppdrag är att stötta övriga verksamheter inom vårt bolag med kompetens och praktisk hantering rörande service, drift och evenemang.

Tjänsten innebär arbete på kvällstid och helger.
