That is what we need (your?) help in building - we are looking for taproom kitchen staff!
We are looking for a few awesome dudes or dudettes to work in the kitchen, mainly on weekends and peak hours.

You have a few years of experience working in a kitchen and want to make the best pizzas this side of Sweden together with our head chef, you know your way around the kitchen and you have a great sense of responsibility and team effort approach.
If you have skills needed to work in the bar as well, that gives you a huge advantage (and more hours!)

We will train all staff in all things beer and the day2day operations at the bar, but the more you already know - the better.

Join us in our first bar (plans are to build more!) seaside in Helsingborg, overlooking Öresund and Denmark - we are looking for both full time staff as well as part time and peeps that can cover peak hours, like weekends and basically the entire summer. Visa mindre

You have a few years of experience working in (beer) bars/restaurants, you know your way around the keg room, you travel to beer festivals and breweries, you are a kick ass person to be around and you are pretty self going. Maybe you're even a home brewer?

We are opening our first bar, and we are looking for a GM that will make sure to follow that Benchwarmers direction and establish our taproom as one of the best beer bars this planet have seen.

You have many years of experience in running a (beer) bar/restaurant, you know your way around the keg room, you're a natural in problem solving with a high level of own initiatives being taken, maybe you travel to beer festivals and other breweries, you are a kick ass person to be around and you are a star when it comes to motivate staff and keep both them and guests happy.

Furthermore, you possess the analytical & financial skills needed to grasp the economics of a bar and have great experience in such things as up-selling techniques and steering guests towards what we focus on selling.



You will be in charge of running the bar; scheduling, finance, reaching sales targets, organizing events & tastings, keg room maintenance and so on. We will have a great framework to start with and you will be in direct contact with the owner on a day-2-day basis.

We are opening our first bar, where we will focus on amazing handcrafted pizzas and we are looking for someone that will head up the kitchen, that will make sure to follow that Benchwarmers direction and establish our taproom as one of the best beer bars this planet have seen.

You have a few years documented experience of kitchen work, preferably in a leading position. You are self going when it comes to all things hygiene (HACCP), kitchen economy, scheduling, ordering and in general keeping the kitchen tight.
If you love craft beer, it is off course a huge merit.

You will have a finger in developing & maintain the menu, and have understanding in what goes on in the food world right now - in order to keep our ever changing pizza menu up to date.

You are a bit obsessive in having a clean kitchen, and you are amazing in motivate and keeping your staff happy. (You are more than welcome to recommend a member of staff to come work with you)
The team will be very small so we are looking for someone that can create a team that sticks together and help each other out to cover shifts and such.
