About the role

As the Verification and Validation Lead, you will ensure the excellence of our heat pump product. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the comprehensive evaluation process, encompassing both Verification and Validation. This means ensuring that the product not only meets requirement specifications but also operates robustly under varying conditions, all while adhering to relevant industry standards.

Your expertise will be crucial in the meticulous testing of every aspect of the physical product, including hardware functionality and performance. As part of our laboratory team, you will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art testing facilities and measurement equipment. You will use your natural leadership abilities to develop the technical potential of the team around you.

This collaborative environment serves as the bedrock for ensuring the quality, performance, and compliance of our product, shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions.

What you will be doing

- Review and improve product requirement specifications with respect to testing.

- Develop test strategies and plans for product development projects.

- Set up infrastructure for good traceability and reporting.

- Lead the test activities in projects.

- Run tests in climate chambers.

- Shape ways of working, best practices, and test mythologies.

- Develop new test methods in collaboration with the laboratory team.

- Spread knowledge of test-driven development in the organization.

What you bring to the team

- Master's degree in physics, mechanics, energy, electronics, or similar.

- Extensive experience in testing hardware products.

We would also appreciate it if you have experience with or knowledge of some of the following:

- Knowledge of refrigeration technology and thermodynamics

- Experience in measurements

- Experience in both manual tests and test automation

Important Note on Location:

About the role?

Our Product and Development department is growing, and we're in search of a Measurement and Analysis Engineer. Your main role involves conducting lab measurements and analyzing results for product development of heat pumps. You'll set up and operate heat pumps in various conditions, along with performing electrical, acoustic, and mechanical tests. You will work in close collaboration with cooling engineers, mechanical designers, software developers, and electrical designers.

Your early involvement allows you to influence processes and tech choices, playing a crucial role in product design and decision-making. You will help create and lay the foundation for both the product and the team culture.

What you will be doing:

- Connecting heat pumps to various measurement systems.

- Setting up and conducting measurements.

- Resolving system issues, encompassing hardware and software.

- Analyzing measurement data.

- Preparing reports.

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will be responsible for making our products safe and compliant and ensuring that they meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

- Proactively monitor and track changing requirements
- Be a part of technical committees & regulatory forums
- Help and support development teams with interpretations & design solutions
- Initiate, order, monitor, and be an active part in compliance & certification testing together with 3rd party test labs to make our products sellable.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Product & Development department. The primary focus of this department and the role will be to oversee the development of our home energy solutions, including batteries, EV chargers, and solar.

You will focus on integrating new elements that complement our existing product offering by adhering to existing standards and requirements. It is your job to work cross-functionally within our organization, gathering both input and internal requirements. You will bundle and translate these into external functional requirements for possible suppliers. Finally, you will coordinate the entire integration process, continuously updating and communicating with stakeholders.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, establishing budgets, and setting timelines. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure that projects and product developments are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for communicating progress and updates to relevant stakeholders.

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Product & Development department. The primary focus of this department and the role will be to oversee the development of our home energy solutions, including batteries, EV chargers, and solar.

You will focus on integrating new elements that complement our existing product offering by adhering to existing standards and requirements. It is your job to work cross-functionally within our organization, gathering both input and internal requirements. You will bundle and translate these into external functional requirements for possible suppliers. Finally, you will coordinate the entire integration process, continuously updating and communicating with stakeholders.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, establishing budgets, and setting timelines. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure that projects and product developments are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for communicating progress and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:?

- Identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Monitor and report on project progress to relevant stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hardware and embedded software development
- Manage project documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and tools

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled member of the Refrigeration team.

The primary focus will be to design the refrigeration systems to the required product specifications regarding performance and reliability. Determine necessary tests and evaluations and analyze the results.

By joining early on, you will influence working methods and technology choices and play a key role in shaping our product. You will have the opportunity to make key decisions in our product development and play an essential role in the creation of our product.

Om rollen

Vi expanderar vår produkt- och utvecklingsavdelning och som mekanikkonstruktör hos oss kommer du att fokusera på att utveckla klassledande energilösningar och produkter. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att utveckla och konstruera elkopplingar och lösningar för våra produkter, samt att säkerställa att de möter våra kunders behov och krav.

Genom att vara med tidigt kommer du att påverka arbetssätt, teknikval och du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i utformningen av vår produkt. Du kommer att få möjlighet att fatta viktiga beslut i vår produktutveckling och ha en ledande roll i skapandet av vår produkt. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att:

- Utveckla och konstruera mekaniska komponenter och lösningar för våra produkter

- Utföra teknisk dokumentation och skapa 3D modeller samt ritningar

- Utföra konstruktionsberäkningar och simuleringar

- Delta i projektmöten och rapportera till produktledning

Vad vi letar efter

About the role

We are expanding our product and development department and as an compliance specialist you will focus on supporting our development teams to develop world class energy solutions and products. We live in a dynamic world with requirements changing on a daily basis. You will be responsible for making our products safe and compliant, as well as ensuring that they meet our customers needs and expectations.

Your duties include:
Proactively monitor and track changing requirements.
Be part of technical committees & regulatory forums.
Help and support development teams with interpretations & design solutions.
Initiate, order, monitor and be an active part in compliance & certification testing together with 3rd party test labs to make our products sellable.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and the product development team to ensure our solutions meet our customers needs and legal requirements.



What we would like you to have

- Solid knowledge about CE, CB and UKCA certifications scheme.
