Delivery & Settlement domain mainly supports and createsthe pre-conditions within the area of Transport management and related activities such as settlement, Carrier integrations, master data, transport network and document management. Main solutions in our portfolio are IKEA Transportation Management (ITM), Cargo Network System (CNS), Solution Document Engine (SDE), Logistic Base Data (LBD) and iSchedule. Within D&S we also drive the transformation initiative ITM Prepare for Growth (IPG) to replace CNS with ITM Platform.
This is a new Business Analyst role in Delivery & Settlement to support the Digital growth agenda.
Job description
Identify solution improvements by analysing and challenging stakeholder needs.
Elicit, capture, and document requirements within the solution domain.
Support the solution evaluation based on the defined business requirements.
Support the quality assurance of newly developed functionality.
Support an efficient rollout of new/improved solution functionality.

Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about textile development! Right now, we are looking for an experienced Design Engineer for Textile.
Textiles are being used in a lot of our products across the IKEA product range, and to be able to do this in a good way we need to take full ownership of the fabric developments. As part of our Textile Development function, we are developing on demand for the different IKEA product range areas and setting fabric standards for the whole of IKEA. This role is mainly aimed towards the on-demand development. It is in our centralized hub for fabric development that the work and responsibility lies to find and provide good solutions for a broad part of the IKEA product range. This is where you come in!
You will be the technical focal point throughout the fabric development projects. As part of a team, your main task will be to develop the fabric and ensure that we meet our goals. Job Description
The assignment includes:
In a close dialog with stakeholders, create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current state, future state and transition states to guide the detailed design and delivery of business solutions.
You will be responsible for detailing IT functional and non-functional requirements, for given business requirements, in the business solution development process.
To secure, develop and review high-level design; approve low-level design of the solution; and provide guidance towards service improvements and service transition.

Qualifications

Experienced and knowledgeable in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) product and related family of products.
Solid understanding of different modules of OTM and experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
Preferably experience in transformation of OTM on-premise solution to OTM Cloud solution including designing external components in Azure/Oracle PaaS to handle OTM customizations.
