Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, security).
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) with focus on security and performance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and hybrid integrations (Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access).
Monitor system health, performance, and security across Azure and Microsoft 365.
Automate and optimize deployments using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform).
Provide support and guidance on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Manage and troubleshoot Citrix environments (VDI, application streaming).
Deploy and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and related components.
Administer server infrastructure, lifecycle management, patching, and capacity planning.
Manage SCCM/Intune for updates, patches, and application delivery.
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for infrastructure services and applications.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory.
Administer Active Directory (objects, GPOs, replication, security).
Work with networking (LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching).
Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Implement monitoring and alerting for availability and incident response.
Collaborate with cybersecurity to enforce security best practices.
Develop automation scripts to streamline provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
Share knowledge and mentor team members.
Participate in IT projects and seek continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Citrix administration (VDI, application streaming, deployments, and maintenance).
Strong experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Azure administration (IaaS, PaaS, identity management, conditional access).
Strong Active Directory knowledge (objects, group policies, replication).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) is a plus.
Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, firewall rules).
Experience managing backup solutions, storage systems, and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with administration.
Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM and/or Intune.

WORK TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design, install, configure, and maintain Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler and Provisioning Services both on-premise and cloud.
· Manage and administer SCCM, including software deployment, patch management, inventory, reporting and compliance.
· Manage and administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other core services.
· Monitor and optimize the performance, availability and security of the IT infrastructure using various tools and best practices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
· Document and update IT infrastructure policies, procedures and standards.
· Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve the IT infrastructure.
· Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff.
· Manage and administer infrastructure environment with focus on Biltema retail shops.
EXPERIENCE
· At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration or support.
· Strong knowledge and experience with Citrix technologies, such as XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront and Provisioning Services.
· Strong knowledge and experience with SCCM, including software deployment, patch management, inventory, reporting and compliance.
· Strong knowledge and experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other core services.

Vi söker efter en IT-infrastrukturtekniker med fokus på Microsoft produkter & Hårdvara för att ansluta sig till vårt team! Som IT-infrastrukturtekniker kommer du att spela en viktig roll i att hantera och underhålla Helsingborgs Stads IT-infrastruktur.
Vi ser att du har flera års erfarenhet av arbete med större, komplexa Microsoft miljöer både on-prem och i molnet.
Du leder och vägleder i många beslut som sker inom teamets områden, ex. Identitet, MIM, , HyperV, AD. ofta i nära samarbete med teamet, IT-säkerhet och övriga arkitekter. Du utvecklar principer och guidelines när det är möjligt. Du har lätt att samarbeta, delar gärna med dig av dina kunskaper och har inga problem att leda i svårlösta problemärenden.

In this role, we expect you to have proven advanced training in information technology, computer science or any engineering equivalent. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a multi-discipline software product team, following lean and DevOps principles to implement, evolve, support and own the software and system components to Group Digital quality standards. Help to build a digital mindset and an engineering culture that is accountability and result oriented.
• Provide technical domain knowledge, and architectural leadership and coach the teams in high-class standards for software engineering and operations. Help the teams drive a cloud-first agenda, adhere to modern software engineering principles, utilize the proper tools, and automate everything to enable the specified business outcomes.
• Secure that product teams are resourced with the right level and standard of engineers and manage all technical resources and capacity plans within budget.

Enheten för Vårdproduktion och digital utveckling tillhör verksamhetsområde Vårdproduktion och digitalisering, och är en relativt nybildad enhet som har ett förvaltningsövergripande uppdrag för Skånes sjukhus nordväst (SSNV). ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I rollen som e-Hälsostrateg kommer du att driva förvaltningens utvecklingsarbete inom området e-Hälsa och digitalisering. Utvecklingen av e-Hälsa ska bidra till nya lösningar och arbetssätt för att kunna erbjuda våra invånare en tillgänglig, trygg och kvalitetssäkrad hälso- och sjukvård.

We are looking for someone who is educated in or has experience of working with DevOps to join our team of consultants, delivering software, and architectures.


Job Description

As a DevOps consultant with us, you will be helping our developers streamlining development processes to reduce lead time while increasing demands on quality and delivery precision. You get to work with the entire chain (CI/CD), everything from development, automation, integration, build systems, repositories, and delivery as well as operational frameworks.

You are the one who sets up, configures, and administers the infrastructure in (typically) cloud environments as well as monitoring availability and performance. Security is always in focus in combination with building sustainable solutions that are easy to maintain.

About the position

This position has accountability for the technology / performance / portfolio of the standard and local products in the plants that are specific to the Consumer Manufacturing processes. * Actively lead the Plant Ecosystem for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE Vision and maturity strategy
* Lead / Support all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments incl. External Manufacturing for the Plant

* Program and Service Manager: Tracks progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management

Qualifications

Required:

* 4+ years of IT product (application) management, design and solution in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems)
* Business & Communication skills. Shown ability to work efficiently with business and technology partners to understand business requirement
* Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multi-location, multi-functional teams
* Leadership experience in building teams with the above capabilities
* Proficiency in English

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field

Arbetsuppgifter
En av de centrala arbetsuppgifterna för denna tjänst är att vara systemförvaltare för enhetens verksamhetssystem, bland annat Microsoft Dynamics CRM och Mitel Contact Center Enterprise samt chatt- och botverktyget. Du har också ansvar för att koordinera utvecklingen av verksamhetssystemen utifrån användarnas och verksamhetens behov. Du säkerställer att verksamheten har rätt tekniska förutsättningar och utrustning.

Som verksamhetsutvecklare med systemkompetens ingår du i ledningsstödets utvecklingsgrupp som fokuserar på att utveckla stadens serviceprocesser.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We have set out to change everything (almost!) and we need to change now! We are transforming a global iconic brand which in itself is breathtaking, and within Order Management we are creating the digital equivalent of flat packages. About the Customer Picking Service product and engineering team
Customer Picking Service is supporting our IKEA stores to pick, pack and hand out of customer orders. Either at the store or through home delivery. We are currently on a journey of moving the product into a cloud native solution using Java Spring Boot and React as a base. As an engineering manager you will be a core part of this inspiring journey and in a true agile environment.

You will be accountable for the technical delivery within our digital organisation. This includes technical services and platforms in one of the following Identity & Access Management areas:
- Identity Governance
- Access Assurance

You will provide technical domain knowledge, architectural leadership and coach the teams in ‘best in class’ standards for system/software engineering and operations. You will support and enable the teams drive a cloud first agenda providing a modern digital identity environment to our end users, automate processes such as application on-boarding and access management and work closely with stakeholders in other areas to improve data governance and policy frameworks of digital identity related information.
You will be the line manager for a team of system and software engineers with responsibility for the people processes such as recruitment, performance, competence, career development and health/welfare of co-workers.

• Responsible for giving input to the Service roadmap to achieve the Technology Services strategy

In terms of technology, it stretches from front-end experience of identification mechanisms, self-service co-worker onboarding and access request management to a strong foundation of identity governance in terms of access certifications and digital identity life cycle management.

The main objective of this assignment will be to plan and oversee the migration of servers, from the current Oracle RDB database to Postgre database.



This role is responsible for providing transparency and visibility on progress of the preparations (technical and non-technical) for the upcoming pilots and later the rollout/migration both internally and externally, which means that you are very experienced in communication and visualization of scope and status.

Your skill set

You probably have some experience as product owner, scrum master, project manager or similar role(s) and is comfortable in your role as a leader. You have experience from the Atlassian change management tool suite: JIRA, Xray and Confluence. You are aware of the functionality of Git as source code management application. Experience from development in C++, Pascal or Java is beneficial. Knowledge about operating system OpenVMS, Unix or Linux is useful, just like knowledge about Oracle RDB or Postgre databases.

To be successful you have proven advanced training in information technology, computer science or equivalent. Bash/python scripting and usage of data extraction and stream editor tools such as “sed” or “awk”.

·        Knowledge of IKEA steering principles for IT, reference architectures & tools, technical standards & platforms

·        Understanding of frameworks around Directory Services Authentication and authorization protocols, schemas, data models and protocols such as LDAP. Educated in the regulatory landscape, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.

·        Comfortable leading, directing and empowering team members without formal management authority




ABOUT THE JOB


As a Product Specialist within Directories & Authentication you will be responsible for the life-cycle management of LDAP based Directory Systems.


You will guide and support projects, initiatives, and infrastructure services on how to integrate with and use our Directory Services. You will support other Product Specialists and Technical Analysts in making sure that our products and services are configured in accordance with architecture, security demands, rules & policies.


You will:
·        Build and maintain resilient and available business critical Directory Systems


·        secure the design is made in IKEA context


·        coordinate and design solutions with a holistic system management view


·        design according to process dependencies


·        support Product Specialists, Infrastructure Managers (Team Managers) and IT Architects in their solution work


·        support Process Leads to understand tool dependencies

act as a subject matter expert for teams, providing technology insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Solution Designers main focus are to secure infrastructure deliveries as part of the overall IT service deliveries in order to enable a faster Time To Market and a growing IKEA.


In this role, you are responsible for all aspects of the operational delivery of the assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP). You need a service dimensional focus on leading multiple entities in the Service Operations & Technology Capability Organization and mange Stakeholders expectations. This includes responsibility for:


• Leading the end-to-end responsibility and work cross-functionally to cover all dependencies and deliveries.
• Managing budget and proactively drive improvements for cost efficiency.
• Ensuring that life cycle management and capacity management of ISP is planned, communicated and executed
• Establishing and leading internal virtual teams and perform Vendor Management to fulfil business requirements.
• Secure fit for purpose infrastructure architecture in cooperation with product specialists, solution architects, infrastructure architecture and infrastructure design.
• Contribute and lead relevant governance forums, steering groups and other forums.
• Take active part in Service Management & Project Management with customer in focus.
• Continuously service improvement and development
• Setting, follow up and meet the goals & KPI’s and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry market trends and development to find ways of improving service deliveries.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har spetskompetens inom tjänstedesign eller kravfångst/design, gärna på universitetsnivå och med några års erfarenhet i rollen. Du har erfarenhet av att kunna planera uppdrag/projekt och förhålla dig till deadlines och ekonomiska ramar. Du är bra på att kommunicera i tal och i skrift både på svenska och engelska.

Dina starka egenskaper behöver vara att stötta och leda kollegor och chefer i processer som har varierande grad av erfarenhet av användardriven innovation. Du behöver också vara modig och trygg och ha en förmåga till uthållighet när det gäller att utmana befintliga strukturer och arbetssätt.

Det är viktigt att du är lyhörd, inkluderande och pedagogisk. Din förmåga att hantera komplexa uppdrag med många inblandade parter samt att ha flera pågående uppdrag igång samtidigt är väl utvecklad. Du är också mycket bra på att leda workshops och utbildningar.

Det är meriterande om du har utbildning och/eller erfarenhet inom projektledning, arbete med digitala lösningar samt erfarenhet av uppdrag i offentlig förvaltning.
