About the role
We are currently looking for a Digital Ethics Leader with a focus on Franchisee Governance and Support. In this role you will build awareness about Digital Ethics and why it matters to IKEA and wider society. You will lead the development and implementation of governance requirements and related supporting material for the IKEA retailers. You will empower others to implement best practices in their work by demonstrating how to apply ethical principles through examples, case studies and discussions. You will work closely with the Digital Ethics team and other related functions across Inter IKEA to co-create new practices and standards.
You will also work closely together with peers across the Inter IKEA value chain to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer by co-creating Inter IKEA’s vision on digital ethics. Together you will develop practices that enhance the IKEA brand around the world and ensure that we use data and digital technologies for good

As a Data Management Specialist, you bring awareness of Data Management to Inter IKEA. You will contribute to development of the evolution of Data management from current to future state. Your main assignment will be to collaborate with our product and process organization for specific domains to implement our data management framework and improve our data across.
You will:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and digital product teams to define and implement policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of methodologies, tools and materials across the IKEA community.
Help in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with product teams, subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.

We are looking for 2 Digital Product Leader’s for our Merchandise & Commercial Planning area. We need a leader who understands product development at IKEA. Someone who can help establish a product area and organise the right competence and ways of working. Equally, someone with technical understanding of Autodesk Revit, Revit integration techniques (APS, Revit API etc.), Blue Yonder’s Space Planning (MAA/MPS in IKEA lingo) would be greatly valued.
You will lead the transformation of a Digital Product Team and interact & collaborate with other Digital Product Leaders and teams with stakeholders across IKEA, to understand needs and synergies. Based on this, you will define requirements and make decisions and trade-offs where needed to maximise business results and customer value.
You will initiate and manage the product backlog, scope and prioritise activities based on business direction and goals, business and customer impact and actively participate in planning to clarify features and user stories. Optimising ways of working within your and across teams is always on your mind.
You will be:

As a Data Management Specialist, you bring awareness of Data Management to Inter IKEA. You will contribute to development of the evolution of Data management from current to future state. Your main assignment will be to collaborate with our product and process organization for specific domains to implement our data management framework and improve our data across.
You will:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and digital product teams to define and implement policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of methodologies, tools and materials across the IKEA community.
Help in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with product teams, subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.
Ensure consistency by supporting the use of relevant development techniques, digital frameworks, and best practices.

About you

Qualifications

About the assignment
In this assignment you will:
Develop IT Tools of retail business processes in a way that they support the IKEA retailers to grow their business.
Create and write requirements for the development of user friendly IT tools as per need that is captured/confirmed by the process leaders.
Assure quality of the IT tool development by conducting acceptance testing.
Support process leader creating the material for knowledge transfer to enable all IKEA retail users to understand how to operate solutions.
Support pilot and roll-out activities so that business benefits are realised.
Provide support to expansion activities and running business where needed.
Escalation point for incidents relating to IT tools.



About the job
Logistics Solution Area Responsible develops and tests solutions in an efficient and effective way so that the solutions are developed as per the needs of the retailers and other IKEA stake holders (IKEA Supply AG, IKEA of Sweden, Inter IKEA Systems B.V., etc) hence the solution would be part of the Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package. Logistics Solution Area Responsible makes sure that the IT tools are developed and provided by the responsible IT Delivery organisation
There are currently 10 franchisees outside the INGKA group operating 24 markets with 57 IKEA stores and 17 e-Commerce operations. The total turnover of these markets is around 4 Billion EUR. There are committed plans to open IKEA in 8 new countries the coming 5 years as well as a number of new stores in existing countries. Supporting the future additional expansion of these markets is a large part of what Retail Operation Solutions & Support do.


About you
You are a person, who likes dealing with complex and ever changing business environment, have logistics background and think outside of the box. You can build trustworthy relations with stakeholders and have good understanding of IKEA Retail Business with special focus on Logistics and Customer Fulfilment.


To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
Solid knowledge about retailing in general and IKEA retailing on Other IKEA franchisee particular.
Basic knowledge about the total Inter IKEA Retail Package.
Understanding the logistics processes.
Knowledge about how to create requirements for development of IT tools.
Knowledge about how to write test cases and perform testing of the IT tools.
Knowledge about different related IT systems, landscape and how they interact with each other.
Being able to use Microsoft Navision and/or Microsoft Business Central.

Job Description                            

We are now looking for an Implementation Specialist Customer Relations to support the roll-out of a new ERP solution to all the IKEA retailers that are operating on the Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package. The position is temporary and connected to a project delivery. Processes included in the area of Customer Relations are e.g. payment and checkout, exchange and returns, after sales, customer support centre etc.

This role contains mainly the following areas of tasks:

Support implementation of new ERP solution in all relevant IKEA markets
Facilitate meetings, workshops and training sessions with super-users and all relevant stakeholders
Map current local ways of working and local solutions in order to identify gaps towards Master Version
Support adaptations of ways working to meet the needs of the business
Support super users during implementation
Troubleshooting
Follow up and handover


Qualifications

We believe you have relevant experience from working within IKEA retailing in the areas of Customer Relations and familiar with the business processes within this function.
Competence in how to operate any of the Master Version applications, especially MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and MS Dynamics CRM365 that are key components of the retail package, is a strong advantage.
Creation of training material and facilitation of trainings is part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
As a person you are structured, delivery focused and a good team player. Of course you have a passion for customers and retailing and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. You are prepared to travel internationally up to 100 days per year.

About the assignment

We provide unique IKEA specialist competence in developing, improving, designing, establishing and operating Customer meeting points (IKEA Stores and places where customer meets IKEA) based on a market approach across all IKEA markets.

We coach, mentor, support and challenge IKEA retailers in their expansion plans.

We cooperate with our IKEA franchisees in 52 countries all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment, were we are comfortable using English (spoken and written) to communicate.  International travel to meet our customers and our business partners is also part of our job.   

About the role:

As an Architect in Customer meeting points you:
Lead IKEA expansion projects by delivering according to our processes together with peers across the totality of IKEA.
Take an active role in the team and collaborate with other retail architects in various projects and activities.
Contribute in the development of frameworks (consisting of requirements, principles and guidelines) for assigned customer meeting points.
Facilitate, plan and produce retail architecture design, in cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Actively grow and maintain the professional network within physical and digital retail design.
Participate and lead generation thinking in the development of IKEA meeting points in a multi-channel environment.

You are a driven architect with a genuine interest in exploring and developing retail design with an agile approach.
You have strong interpersonal skills and find it easy to build relationships and earn trust, with an IKEA value based approach. Excellent communication skill and proven experience in both coaching and facilitation.
You are taking responsibility for action and results, making things happen and are interested in solving challenges by thinking flow oriented.
 

Based on your profile we believe that you have one two of the specific competencies:
Degree in architecture (Master degree certificate from an Architecture or Interior Design education or equivalent working experience) and the experience of working as an architect or interior designer.
Degree in building engineering (Master degree certificate or equivalent working experience) and the experience of working with a design and construction of retail projects.
Passion for sustainability and knowledge about the sustainable design and Life Cycle Assessment or BREEAM.
Proven track record of place making through delivering urban design projects in complex city environments
Proven track record of making successful retail destinations in the city environments
 

Furthermore

You have a solid retail background with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the business. You have experience from different fields and can link them to retail architecture.
