About the role
We are currently looking for a Digital Ethics Leader with a focus on Franchisee Governance and Support. In this role you will build awareness about Digital Ethics and why it matters to IKEA and wider society. You will lead the development and implementation of governance requirements and related supporting material for the IKEA retailers. You will empower others to implement best practices in their work by demonstrating how to apply ethical principles through examples, case studies and discussions. You will work closely with the Digital Ethics team and other related functions across Inter IKEA to co-create new practices and standards.
You will also work closely together with peers across the Inter IKEA value chain to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer by co-creating Inter IKEA’s vision on digital ethics. Together you will develop practices that enhance the IKEA brand around the world and ensure that we use data and digital technologies for good

We are looking for 2 Digital Product Leader’s for our Merchandise & Commercial Planning area. We need a leader who understands product development at IKEA. Someone who can help establish a product area and organise the right competence and ways of working. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:
You have minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Demonstrable and senior experience in working with technical t integrations and related tech stack (C#, .NET, , AWS, No and REST APIs)
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and empower team members while delivering with speed and employing an agile approach to development, both internally and externally
Serve as an ambassador for agile practices and product culture within your team and across teams

About the job
The IKEA Store Planner (ISP) team enables commercial planning teams across IKEA to plan sales and range presentation solutions in the most effective way by establishing a common set of working methods and tools.
We are looking for a commercial planning dreamer; someone who knows Revit and tools like Revit, inside and out. You should be comfortable and enjoy sharing this knowledge within the team and to our over 7000+ end users.
We are on constantly on the way. As we look to improve our existing ways of working with our commercial planning tools, we see that you will:
Perform detailed requirement analysis and provide expert advice to business leaders based on the results
Use your wide and deep knowledge of commercial planning tools, assess the market readiness, maturity and feasibility of off-the-shelf commercial planning tools
Help us help our co-workers by automating repetitive tasks

You will be part of a cross-functional project team tasked with looking into efficiency gains from a process and digital tool perspective as they relate to commercial planning in IKEA.
We see the ideal candidate as someone who can:
Collaborate as part of a project setup, with stakeholders and leaders across IKEA
Reimagine the commercial planning product and service offer and contribute to developing a proposed way forward
Contribute with internal and external communication content connected to Revit/IKEA Store Planner tools

In addition to this, you may also support in the development of Dynamo scripting as required/needed as well as the development of global standard working methods and documentation.
About you

Being a Lead Software developer in the IPEX team
As a Lead software Developer in the IPEX team you will be part of creating solutions that enable customers to design any space in their homes and businesses and configure home furnishing solutions digitally, exploring and utilizing different technologies and approaches.
You will coach and grow members of the team and work closely together with the Product owner to secure the technical requirements and that they are alignment with the overall IPEX technical roadmap. You will work with other Lead software developers supporting and sharing knowledge between each other.

Job Description   We are now looking for a Solution Area Responsible Sales & Range to support all the IKEA retailers that are using our Retail Package and to be part of developing this package to meet the future demands of the customers and IKEA retailers. One important focus at the moment is to further improve and develop new processes and system functionality to enable a retail market approach.

This role contains mainly the following areas of work:
To be the functional owner of all relevant solutions in the area of Sales & Range by providing operational support to retailers and be the internal “go to” person for these matters.
Lead the solution development of processes and tools within Sales & Range, both in terms of incremental improvements and as part of developing key multichannel retailing capabilities.
Supporting the expansion of IKEA in existing and new markets.
 

Qualifications
We believe you have solid knowledge and with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience from IKEA retailing.
You have a background from using the Sales & Range management system in the Service Office.
You are analytical and get motivated by being able to deep dive into complex scenarios and problems and finding solutions to them together with your colleagues.
Creation of documentation and facilitation of presentations and workshops are part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience from process and system development is an advantage.
As a person you are structured, delivery focused and a good team player. Of course you have a passion for customers and retailing and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. You are prepared to travel internationally at least 50 days per year.

We are now looking for an Implementation Specialist Customer Relations to support the roll-out of a new ERP solution to all the IKEA retailers that are operating on the Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package. The position is temporary and connected to a project delivery. Processes included in the area of Customer Relations are e.g. payment and checkout, exchange and returns, after sales, customer support centre etc.

This role contains mainly the following areas of tasks:

Support implementation of new ERP solution in all relevant IKEA markets
Facilitate meetings, workshops and training sessions with super-users and all relevant stakeholders
Map current local ways of working and local solutions in order to identify gaps towards Master Version
Support adaptations of ways working to meet the needs of the business
Support super users during implementation
Troubleshooting
Follow up and handover


Qualifications

We believe you have relevant experience from working within IKEA retailing in the areas of Customer Relations and familiar with the business processes within this function.
Competence in how to operate any of the Master Version applications, especially MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and MS Dynamics CRM365 that are key components of the retail package, is a strong advantage.
Creation of training material and facilitation of trainings is part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
As a person you are structured, delivery focused and a good team player. Of course you have a passion for customers and retailing and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. You are prepared to travel internationally up to 100 days per year.
