Nu söker vi en dansktalande stjärna till vårt team Pre-collection på kundservice. Teamets uppdrag är att löpande handlägga våra kunders obetalda fordringar och hjälpa till med avbetalningsplaner och komma överens om andra lösningar som hjälper kunden.

Dina primära arbetsuppgifter är att ta inkommande och utgående telefonsamtal. Du hanterar skuldförfrågningar och andra på avdelningen förekommande administrativa uppgifter.

Som säljare är ditt huvudsakliga uppdrag är att ringa ut till interna kunder och hjälpa dem med att se över sin lånesituation genom att samla lån och krediter. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även att hantera inkommande samtal samt ärenden som kommit in via webben.
Vi söker dig som älskar kundkontakt och som gärna har telefonen som ditt främsta arbetsverktyg. Du har ett högt eget driv och tycker om att arbeta mot tydliga mål.

Du behöver vara beredd på att prata med ett stort antal kunder varje dag, vara öppen för förändring, trivas med en varierad arbetsvardag, samt ha förmågan att vända motgång till framgång utan att tappa engagemang. Du har ansvar för både din och teamets försäljningsbudget.

Ansökningsprocessen
