As a Purchaser, you’ll be a central player in managing procurement for equipment projects and internal operations. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective deliveries that meet operational needs. What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee procurement activities to support project timelines, cost targets, and delivery performance (OTD & JIT).
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, acting as the main purchasing liaison within your area.
Lead improvement initiatives related to quality, cost reduction, and lead time optimization.
Manage supplier complaints and deviations, working closely with Quality to resolve issues.
Prepare and review deviation reports and perform monthly forecasting to track financial performance.
Approve supplier invoices and ensure pricing aligns with JBT Marel agreements.
Collaborate with production on forecasts, supplier capacity planning, and deviation management.
Foster collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and shared project success.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
2–5 years in purchasing; experience in manufacturing or project-based environments preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience (LN/SAP) is a strong plus.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent multitasking ability.

The Opportunity...
We are looking for someone that wants to join our team as our new Mechanical Engineer. Reporting into our Manager for Mechanical Engineering, you will be located in the Helsingborg office and work together in a team of 16 engineers in 4 countries; some international travel may be required. You will be technically responsible for the equipment we manufacture and in your daily role you will work with customer order designs, for every product we sell working collaboratively with colleagues across departments within JBT. You will be involved in several different projects at the same time and the size and scale of these projects can be from 10 hours worked to hundreds depending on how large. Besides from designing you will also investigate and respond to questions from customers and suppliers.

Work tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks relating to the Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing of our new equipment projects. You will also be working on problem-solving outstanding AR and here you will be the communicating link between our European Shared Service centre situated in Madrid, who is responsible for the cash collection, and the Business unit. Who are we looking for?
To be successful as an AR Specialist at JBT’s Finance Department, you would ideally study or have a degree in finance, accounting or similar. Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is a must.

En dag i vår Facilities Coordinators liv...
• Ansvarig för att samordna underhållet av maskiner och anläggningar, såsom gaffeltruckar, kranar etc – det är att koordinera så att entreprenörer kommer och utför arbetet.
• Samordna och driva arbetet för att säkerställa att Helsingborgs anläggningar är fullt fungerande och säkra för våra kollegor att arbeta på.
• Identifiera förbättringsområden och tilldela de rätta resurserna för att ta hand om frågorna – om du ser något som behöver förändras för att göra vår arbetsmiljö säkrare och bekvämare för våra kollegor så vill vi att du ska få det att hända
• Du kommer regelbundet att undersöka byggnaderna tillsammans med din HSE-kollega och se till att saker som belysning, värme och ventilation uppfyller kraven
• Utveckla underhållsscheman som hjälper oss att identifiera affärskostnader, risker och förbättringsområden.
• Utarbeta kostnader för utfört arbete, samtidigt som du är kostnadsmedveten och säkerställer att entreprenörer tar ut rätt belopp för utfört arbete – ett öga för detaljer kommer att behövas
• Ansvarig för att förbereda och dokumentera förebyggande och reaktivt underhåll – goda adminkunskaper ett måste!
• Svara på akuta samtal om underhåll och göra en del felsökning för att lösa mindre reparationsproblem
• Bygga starka relationer med avdelningschefer – stark kommunikation är en av de nyckelfärdigheter vi söker
• På tal om kommunikation, vi vill gärna att du talar svenska och engelska – vi är en global organisation och vi brukar kommunicera på engelska
• Ingen dag är den andra lik, så du måste vara bra på att ändra prioriteringar med kort varsel, med en personlighet som aldrig ger upp.

Din bakgrund…
Helst ska du ha en teknisk utbildning eller kanske en praktisk bakgrund inom underhåll med erfarenhet av att arbeta med liknande arbetsuppgifter som de nämnda.
Det är viktigt för oss att du har kunskap om saker som budgetar, byggnadskonstruktioner, underhållsfrågor inom byggnad och hur du hanterar dessa samt att arbeta med kärnförsörjningskällor som mekanik, el, gas och vatten. Qualifications/Skills Required

We would like ideally
At least 5 years’ experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as a Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Engineer within the Process industry
Be able to travel (95% of working time) and work flexible hours as the job may require
That you are able to travel and be away from home for extended periods (up to 5 weeks)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Any additional language is an advantage
Driver license
Good working knowledge of MS Office

Responsible for co-ordinating maintenance for all Plant, Machinery and Fork- Lift Trucks in our manufacturing sites
Coordinate maintenance efforts to make sure the Helsingborg sites (Assembly, Manufacturing Buildings, and Offices) are fully functional and fit all Safety & Legal requirements
Identify areas for improvement and assign skilled resource to take care of the issues
Develop maintenance schedules
Responsible for preparing and documenting preventive and reactive maintenance
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
Perform administrative tasks as required

We would like you to have a technical education ideally or perhaps a practical hands on background from within maintenance with experience of working with similar tasks to the ones mentioned above. You will need to create a maintenance schedule (preventive and remedial) and ensure that you troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
It is important to have knowledge of Welding Plant, building structures, maintenance procedures and core supply sources (Mechanical, Electrical, Gas, Water). Management and co-ordination of team’s experience is essential for the position and if you have experience with Lean/TPM it would be an advantage.

A day in the life of a DSI™ Applications Specialist…
You will be responsible for and execute the application support duties to meet our customer needs. What this means is meeting with our customer, listening to their needs and how they want their production configured, going back to our lab and ascertaining if its viable to reconfigure the machinery to do what the customer requires. Presenting a solution and making it happen!
We would also like you to participate in sales meetings together with our sales team, as your help will be needed in supporting the sales process. Sharing your application and technical knowledge when presenting the options of what our equipment can do, in line with the customer’s specifications.
Your role will support in two ways, via remote on-line support or at the customer site, and as this will be a part of your role, flexibility to travel is a must. Most of the travel is planned, but there are occasions when a customer is in trouble, and you will need to travel on short notice.
Ideally you live in the Helsingborg area as you will be initiating and performing Lab tests and customer demonstrations in our Food Technology Center located in Helsingborg, where you also will be based.
As mentioned, this role requires flexibility as we expect for you to be travelling to see our customers around 80-100 days per year.
Finally, you will collaborate with our R&D and Software engineers to ensure that our offerings are effective and efficient from an application point of view.

Our focus is finding the right person, you could already be an Engineer and are seeking a change of direction, or perhaps you have studied Food Technology at University and are looking for your first step into the world of work. It is about keenness to learn, a great positive attitude, being self-motivated and a flexible team player. To qualify for the position, we would like you to have either a background in Engineering, preferably within the food industry, or having a Food Technology university degree (Food technologist or similar). Additional knowledge in other languages would be an advantage.

An aptitude and understanding of technical concepts involving computers, software, and robotic principles is important for the role as is the ability to creatively translate customer requirements into practical applications. This and the ability to “turn a wrench” will enable you to learn how to be a skillful Application Support Engineer within our DSI team.

To be successful in this position it is essential that you have good insights in how regulations and standards work. Experience from machinery, manufacturing or food industry would help you to quickly understand JBT operations and business needs. As HSE Specialist you will have central responsibility for coordination of Health, Safety and Environmental for our Helsingborg sites that covers manufacturing as well as field service organisation team. You will drive a culture of safety throughout the organization to reduce injuries and incidents and work closely with the HSE Manager to develop standards and strategies that reduce the health, safety and environmental risks. You will work together to design, develop and lead implementation of proactive initiatives including overall responsibility for reporting process. You will report to the HSE Manager who are based in Livingston, Scotland. This position will be based in Helsingborg and some travelling may occur.

We are a company that are continuously growing and we are now looking for more Mechanical Assemblers to our assembly in Helsingborg. Senior as Junior, the most important thing is to have the right interest and attitude!

As an Assembler within JBT we want you who have a High school diploma in a technical or mechanical profession. You have a couple of years' experience from technical work in a workshop, as well as experience of reading and following engineering drawings, TIG-welding and project assembling. You naturally use the computer as a tool for writing, reporting and communicating. You have good knowledge in Swedish and English.

In this position you build and ensure the quality on our machines, or part of a machine, that you build together with a colleague. You plan your work regarding security, quality and time-planning. Day-time is mainly required but travels and work on holidays can occur. One part of the competence development is performed together with experienced installation-personnel at a customer site.

As a person you are flexible and likes to work in a high pace. To be able to work independently and being accurate in your work makes a good foundation for a career within JBT, but of course you need to be a team player and contribute where it's needed. Make sure equipment is compliant to European and international norms and directives such as Machinery, Low voltage, Electromagnetic and Pressure equipment and that they are CE approved prior to shipment. You will lead the organization in the risk assessment and technical file process and develop training programs as well as train the organization on product safety and compliance requirements. Continuously you will stay updated on directives, norms and harmonized standards relevant for our products.

Rasmus läste elprogrammet på gymnasiet och har arbetat som elektriker i tre år efter studenten. Under den tiden var han inhyrd som konsult från ett bemanningsföretag på JBT. 2011 blev Rasmus erbjuden att ta en anställning hos JBT som Maskinbyggare och arbeta med att bygga och kvalitetssäkra maskiner. Han åkte även ut på en del installationer och serviceuppdrag hos kunder.

"Det bästa med att arbeta som Maskinbyggare är att man jobbar i ett bra sammansvetsat gäng med många olika kompetenser och personligheter. Alla känner bra ansvarstagande för det som skall göras och blir det körigt så hjälps alla åt. Mycket variation i arbetet så man tröttnar inte på det och ingen dag är den andra lik."

Efter att arbetat i fem år som Maskinbyggare sökte Rasmus sig vidare inom JBT och fick en tjänst som Kvalitetstekniker där han i huvudsak arbetade med att utföra kvalitetskontroller på montageanläggningen samt att han hade mycket kontakt med olika leverantör som han även var ute och besökte. Efter att varit ute och rest en del som Kvalitetstekniker tog Rasmus chansen för ett år sen att söka som Team leader på montageanläggningen och sen dess arbetat som det.

Är du Rasmus nästa medarbetare?
Som Maskingbyggare ser vi att du har en gymnasieutbildning inom verkstad eller teknik. Du har ett par års erfarenhet av verkstadsarbete samt gärna erfarenhet av ritningsläsning och rostfri svetsning. Du är van vid att ha datorn som verktyg för att skriva rapporter, tidrapportera osv. Du har även goda kunskaper i engelska.

Arbetet går ut på att du tillsammans med en kollega bygger och kvalitetssäkrar en maskin. Du planerar ditt eget arbete så att maskinen byggs innan deadline och skriver avvikelserapporter vid behov. Arbetet är i huvudsak förlagt på dagtid men resor och helgarbete kan förekomma om du är intresserad av det.

Du trivs hos oss om du är flexibel och gillar ett högt tempo. Föredrar du att arbeta självständigt och är noggrann i ditt arbete kommer du säkerligen att trivas ännu bättre. Vi tycker det att viktigt att hålla en god kvalité på våra produkter och att arbeta på ett serviceinriktad sätt där vi hjälps åt. You will be part of our Sales team of 27 colleagues, located around Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa. This role is based in Helsingborg with the possibility to depart from home whereas you are expected to be in the office when not travelling. You will be responsible for the further development of the Scandinavian (excluded Finland) and Icelandic territory in close cooperation with our local Agents and Value Stream Application specialists. Traveling will be intensive given the territories to be covered but is to become plannable in combination with the extension of our agent network. Your manager, nevertheless being Dutch, is located in Moscow, Russia and responsible for that area as well. You will work closely together even if on distance.

In this role you will determine and execute operational sales plans that are in line with the overall strategic plan. You will identify, negotiate and close sales opportunities. Job Summary

* You will be the Production Manager for our Assembly Facility in Helsingborg, where the main function is to oversee production planning, assembly, packaging and warehousing. Your role is to lead and develop our employees to meet our strategy of growth

* Develop an even stronger safety culture in the company.

Qualifications/Skills Required
