Konecranes Industrial Service AB is looking for a HR Generalist to join our Scandinavian Human Resources Team, responsible for providing support for 200+ employees based in the three Scandinavian countries, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

About the job
As HR Generalist you will partner with our leaders and work on both operational and strategic priorities. The fast-paced environment requires ability to work agile and be a problem solver balancing short and long-term priorities hand in hand with the business leaders. An overall strategic mission is to provide an excellent employee experience and ensure that Konecranes is an engaging place to work, learn and develop. You will be a key player in contributing to people excellence to enable business success. Further you take ownership of the delivery of HR key projects and associate people activities.
People activities are also driven by the company’s annual Human Resources planning and cycles and will include various processes including Performance Management, Salary Review, Engagement Survey, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, other initiatives to drive cultural change. All this will be done in close cooperation with your team colleagues and our HR Shared Service Team.
We are looking for an HR professional that can take the strategic perspective and go from words to action to meet our long-term business needs.
About you
To be successful in this role we believe you need to possess strong communication skills and be comfortable in a role with many interfaces – managers, union representatives, HR colleagues, partners etc. and you must enjoy developing organisations, managers and employees as well as yourself.
We are looking for someone with extensive HR Generalist experience, preferably at least 5 years in a large organisation. If you have previous knowledge and experience of labour law for Denmark and Norway as well as Swedish labour law it would be a perfect match.

Arbetsuppgifter:
Du kommer ingå i ett serviceinriktat team med elektriker och mekaniker som servar våra kunders traverser och lyftutrustningar ute på fältet. Arbetet är varierande och innefattar förebyggande underhåll, felsökning, reparationer samt montage och installation av nya produkter.
Våra omfattande internutbildningar ser till att du alltid håller hög kunskapsnivå inom vårt affärsområde. Då arbetet innebär mycket kundkontakter vill vi att du är initiativrik, kreativ samt har god samarbetsförmåga.
 
Kvalifikationer:
Vi söker en tekniker med elektrikerprofil, inriktning motorstyrning / industri / automation.
Du är helst utbildad elektriker och/eller god erfarenhet med vana av felsökning och underhåll.
Kunskaper i frekvensomformare är meriterande.
All mekanisk erfarenhet är även meriterande.
Du tycker om att ha kundkontakt och är van att jobba självständigt såväl som i grupp. Som person är du noggrann med hög nivå av servicegrad.
Du pratar och skriver svenska obehindrat. För tjänsten krävs innehav av giltigt B-körkort.
