JOB OVERVIEW:
This is a full time position based in the Helsingborg/ Sweden office, providing HR services to all leaders and employees in Sweden and Vietnam, and in some other countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and programs to Leaders and employees.
Establish strong relationships with business leaders and employees to provide advice on HR policies and practices, people strategies and solutions and other employee related issues.
Develop, update and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage and deliver the full HR spectrum from manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection, onboarding, in-service support, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, rewards, employment relations, mobility, exit management as well as cyclical HR programs.
Supervise the office administrative matters such as controlling and maintaining assets and inventories, managing office access and expenditures, and ensuring that all administrative records are properly maintained.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
At least 10 years of HR experience.
Familiar with the Vietnam laws and legislations.
Ability to work well with all levels within an organization, and adaptable in support delivery to keep up to business needs.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This is a full time position based in the Helsingborg/ Sweden office, to join our Design team to design and build high-impact products that help drive the growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to bring products to life.
Deeply understand and solve complex problems to help our customers.
Quickly iterate on your designs based on design reviews, user testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.
Contribute to and maintain a growing design system.

REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of UX and UI experience
Highly skilled in popular tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
Experience building and using design systems, style guides and pattern libraries
A problem solver. You can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, and ease of use
Portfolio that clearly demonstrates use of UX process and high quality UI designs
Able to conduct user research to gain insights and optimize designs
Good programming understanding/ programming background
Good team working and communication skills. Comfortable working closely with product owners, developers and QA team
Experience building B2B product is a big plus

Need to have experience:
At least 3 years of experience in game localization sales
Native Russian-speaker with excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Localize Direct is recruiting a Solutions Engineer to partner with our existing sales and customer experience teams to drive adoption of Gridly, our Headless CMS for game developers. You’ll be on the front lines with our existing and prospective customers to help design and integrate technical solutions that allow them to optimize their content flows using Gridly. You’ll have a key role in successfully streamlining the content pipeline at top developers and publishers and collaborating with our Gridly product team with regards to customer’s needs.


Job Description


The roles involve meeting with clients and demonstrating Gridly as well as supporting them with onboarding their existing data and integrating Gridly into their build and deployment processes. You will also develop SDK’s and plugins for popular game engines and platforms. The role is remote based.


Become a technical expert in the use and adoption of Gridly
Build relationship and advice technical decision makers
Work with developers to integrate Gridly into their tools pipeline
Develop custom solutions for key clients
Extend the capabilities and use of Gridly by developing addons and plugins that integrate with other popular tools and platforms
Support sales and customer experience with technical expertise
Liaison with product team to advocate for the customer



Your Skills and Experience


Experience in a customer facing role
Game development experience using game engines like Unreal and/or Unity
Good understanding of game tools and asset pipelines
Bachelor's degree in computer science
Excellent English communication skills
