What you will do
The Production planning manager for Smoking Cessation is responsible for managing the planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing, implementing production planning policies, and analyzing production specifications to meet business goals:

Responsible for managing all operations related to manufacturing, material supply, engineering, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation of the company to meet quality, cost, safety, environmental and production goals in support of the business’ forecasts and inventory goals.


At this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies and responsibility for managing multiple teams of professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and directs plant operations. Reviews and approves standard operational and working practices. Direct the development of policies, procedures and programs for all operations.

• Reviews production priorities and sequence of manufacturing projects. Initiates actions to prevent missed commitments or inadequacies in process implementation.
• Directs the development of systems to reduce manufacturing costs and meet company objectives. Reviews quality control requirements and processes against production results. Initiates steps to address improvement areas.
• Participates in long-range planning, involving optimum utilization of resources required to meet objectives.
• Directs the development of measuring tools to monitor performance and progress toward the business plan objective.
• Ensures awareness of plant personnel in the areas of safety and quality. Reviews programs and plant compliance records. Advocates, supports and advances site safety and health programs, providing overall coordination and guidance to ensure goals are met.
• Builds an engaged workforce through positive employee relations practices and establishes a plan for continuous staff development.
• Develops, leads and coaches the Site Management Team.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION:


The Site Finance Manager will provide direct financial leadership to the Helsingborg Site within the EMEA network, reporting to the Cluster Financial Controller. The Site Finance Manager will be responsible for Site business planning as well as the monitoring of actual results. He/she will partner with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to deliver insights into budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results. Together with the Regional Finance Lead, this individual will propose/evaluate business cases (Capital, Investments, Site Master Plan, New Products) and support decision making with a focus on driving value. He/she will lead total cost per unit and GP impact analyses for the Site and provide guidance to the Site Leadership team on operational initiatives that are focused on optimizing costs and improving competitiveness for the Site.


This position will collaborate with Global Services, Centers of Excellence, and other centralized organizations on the financial review cycles to ensure the reliability of the financial information. He/she will provide insightful commentary on the financial drivers and communicate potential risks and opportunities. Together with the Site Leadership team this individual will be responsible for risk management and driving a compliance culture across the Site.


This role will identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial analytics and will also support process improvement and standardization initiatives led by Global Services and Centers of Excellence.


He/she will also take ownership for the performance and development of his/her direct reports.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Business Partnering and Decision Support:
o Establish a collaborative relationship with the Site Director and well as the Site Leadership Team.
o Provide in-depth financial analysis and generate valuable insights to support business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:


Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance as well as a professional accounting qualification (Masters in Accounting/CA/CPA/CIMA)
· Fluency in Swedish, English, any other European Language would be a plus

Som Tekniker är du ansvarig för att säkerställa att maskinerna på site alltid är i toppskick. Du kommer att felsöka, reparera, underhålla och serva maskinerna för att hålla produktionen igång utan avbrott.
Tillsammans med både interna team och externa leverantörer utför du både avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll enligt serviceplanerna. Dessutom spelar du en aktiv roll i att förbättra och optimera underhållsplanerna baserat på analyser som FMECA, RCPS och avvikelseutredningar.
Vår produktion är 24/7, vilket innebär skift gång; 2 skift, Natt, Helg, samt Helg/Natt

What you will do
The Automation Engineer is responsible for serving as a senior-level, independent contributor with expertise in automation area. You will independently solve problems and resolve issues within your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Support to production
System responsible for one or several automation systems. (Fulfillment of production needs and regulations requirements)
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in the automation systems.
Collaborate and work on small to medium size technical/automation projects
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide necessary documentation.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Ca 10 years of experience in Automation engineering
Good Knowledge of Advance Automation systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
Experience of production support
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior knowledge in one or several of following automation concepts: DCS, PLC/SCADA, MES or Vision/Serialization systems.
Experience in OT Cyber Security.
Full proficiency in Swedish & English

Desired Qualifications

What will you do
Make Maintenance and Facility Lead is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership and tactical direction to the diverse and highly skilled team of Maintenance & FM Technicians and focused on driving and delivering optimal cost, safety, quality and compliance for the site manufacturing assets.
Under the direction of the Site Leader and in partnership with Site Leadership Team, this position serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing Maintenance and Facility Operations support of MAKE assets at the site.
Job Responsibilities
· Provide strategic direction and planning for the facility and maintenance activities at the site aligned with the Corporate Real Estate and Global Tech Ops as well as the Manufacturing EMEA network.
· Identify and lead initiatives to drive execution excellence and timely realization of site and network goals and objectives on Asset Management, that is structured around 3 main activities: Reactive Maintenance (line support), Preventive maintenance (planned), Pro-active maintenance (reliability).
· Combine responsibility for assets and resources involved in Production and Utilities Maintenance including Maintenance Planning, Work Administration & Execution, and Strategic Parts Management (MRO).
· Manage energy & water services for the site, with strategic responsibility for minimizing use and maximizing good sustainability practices, while ensuring continuous supply.
· Manage all the Maintenance and Services costs & invoices payments to be in accordance with Corporate financial guidelines.
· Manage the governance with the approved FM providers, supporting Global / Regional CRE function, CCFS in the selection of new contractors / vendors to support FM services/maintenance contracts on site.
· Collaborate with Regional and Global Tech Ops in the development of new utilities and property expansion projects, including the development of new FM systems and services to serve the site, and the management of various contractors and service providers
· Drive reliability improvement to achieve benchmark results in collaboration with site/ regional and global reliability organization.
· Oversee the preparation of property contracts, leases as needed for renewal and space management.
· Oversee and maintain all relevant Maintenance Make & Facility Departmental files, including documenting design drawings, SOPs, infrastructure specifications, budget, GMPs services, and maintenance documentation.
· Collaborate on the development of the Site Master Plan and utilities & production asset replacement strategy based on asset condition assessment.
· Own Asset Care to foster continuous improvement in strong collaboration with the Reliability manager from asset creation (system), PM design, spares strategy, to technical issues related to manufacturability.
· Oversee and optimize the site maintenance budgets, maintenance task plans, long-term equipment replacement plans, and spare part sourcing strategies.
· Responsible for ensuring the ISA-95 level 0, 1, and 2 systems and associated operation is compliant and fit for intended use in accordance with applicable standards and procedures throughout the systems lifecycle.
· Set and manage priorities for local Make and Facility Maintenance teams to ensure delivering to KPI/targets to improve performance.
· Develop, institutionalize best practices, and training related to root cause problem-solving, preventive & predictive maintenance, parts room inventory management, etc.
· Collaborate with Regional CRE, Global Tech Ops, and contribute to the Maintenance Kenvue Governance community.
· Drive and promote a culture of project management excellence (FpX) in the organization. Support Tech Ops organization during installation and start-up to drive continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
· Ensure timely investigations and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) to address Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing issues (Audit Actions, NC's, etc.).
· Implement new applications or controlled changes to existing applications meeting GXP requirements.
· Take an active role representing the site and function in the local community.
· Assure assets and operations are used and conducted in a safe manner and in full compliance with all EHS and regulatory agency requirements
What we are looking for
· Bachelors in engineering, Science, or related technical field from an accredited University.
· Other: Advanced Degree (Masters) in Engineering or MBA is preferred.
· Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant business experience, preferably in a manufacturing site.
· Minimum of six (6) years of supervisory/people management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and development.
· Prior experience in managing budget and a cost center.
· Understanding and knowledge of Reliability maintenance and Preventive / Predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
· Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a matrix management environment through effective communication, collaboration, and influence.
· Engineering and/or Asset Maintenance experience in an operational environment within cGMP requirements.

What you will do
The Lab Systems Automation Lead is responsible for providing site level support for the Kenvue laboratory systems (LIMS, Empower, SDMS, ComplianceBuilder). Primary responsibilities include implementation of solutions in the Kenvue laboratories to automate processes related to instrument data transfer and driving laboratories towards a paperless laboratory environment through electronic lab notebooks and test method execution.
Additionally this role will identify improvement areas, and recommend process changes to correct issues improve lab processes. This role will also support the resolution of system related issues and fixes, master data setup, and automation of lab processes via LIMS system connections and test scripts.


Key Responsibilities
Integration Execution and Support
Design and implement automation solutions for Kenvue lab systems to ensure seamless integration of laboratory data from standalone instruments.
Develop and standardize the maintenance of scripts and standard protocols for instrument integration
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between laboratory instruments and information management systems (LIMS). Ensure that laboratory systems are interconnected to facilitate efficient data flow.
Lead integration projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with IT, laboratory staff, and external vendors to execute integration projects. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory systems and integration issues.
Provide support for projects to build electronic lab notebook templates in conjunction with IT
Ensure all integrations comply with industry standards and local regulatory requirements. Implement security protocols to protect sensitive laboratory data.
Develop and maintain documentation related to integration SOPs, User Guides, protocols, etc. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transferred between systems. Work with data management teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
Conduct training sessions for laboratory staff on new systems and integration processes. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in laboratory integration.

LIMS Project and Platform support
Provide support and troubleshooting for Kenvue LIMS system in conjunction with the global business and IT teams
Support alignment of site/regional requirements for new LIMS system implementations and enhancements that align with Global solution and design.
Support Global Master data community of practices so that master data requirements are adopted consistently across internal manufacturing sites. Where applicable support updates and implementation of master data objects relevant to the business requirements and processes.
Recommend changes to methods and procedures to address improvement areas
Write, review and modify standard test/operational procedures
Lead and participate on process improvement teams



Qualifications

Dessutom spelar du en aktiv roll i att förbättra och optimera underhållsplanerna baserat på analyser som FMECA, RCPS och avvikelseutredningar.

Key Responsibilities
• Skapa en Compliance kultur och efterleva de standarder som gäller för Compliance när det gäller EHS och kvalitet samt säkerställ att behov av utbildning uppfylls
• Leverans av resultat enligt uppsatta KPIer, såsom t ex OEE, SA, kostnader och inför åtgärder vid behov

• Leda och arbeta med NC/CAPA samt i projekt som berör avdelningen
• Dokumentera, utföra och avrapportera uppföljningar/sammanställningar samt skapa/uppdatera dokumentation
såsom t ex SOP/JobAids som berör avdelningen
• Utveckla och coacha teamet av medarbetare att uppfylla deras mål och utvecklingsmål genom att regelbundet utföra samtal och ge feedback samt aktivt arbeta med Shopfloor program och 5S-program
• Planera resurser/arbete på ett optimalt sätt för operatörer och tekniker och arbeta aktivt med att utöka flexibilitet mellan och inom avdelningar. Vara kontaktperson vid behov av flexibel arbetsstyrka/konsulter och följa upp certifieringsplaner tillsammans med certifierare och initiera behov av ny certifiering.
• Följ eskaleringsmodellen och agera kontaktperson vid behov av eskalering eller som mottagare vid samarbeten utanför avdelning (kontaktperson mot supportfunktioner, chefer, beredskap, mm).
• Arbeta aktivt tillsammans med övriga TL för att utbyta information, planera samt benchmarka andra avdelningar/grupper

Vad vi söker
Kvalifikationer som krävs
• Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom en ledande befattning inom produktion.
• Full förståelse för tekniska termer och förmåga att effektivt förmedla information till supportfunktioner och
intressenter/stakeholders.

What you will do
The Sr Scientist, EMEA Translational Science R&D serves as a consumer and clinical strategy lead for innovation or renovation projects across all consumer health categories, with a primary focus on Cough and Cold. The role involves significant collaboration across many different functions within Kenvue. This position will, in close collaboration with cross functional partners, evaluate innovation opportunities, lead the creation of a fit for purpose end-to-end consumer learning plan and execute defined studies.
This position will specifically have responsibility in creating consumer research strategies, planning research, act as study manager and report the outcome of such studies to project teams, stake holders and management.
This role involves extensive cross-functional and global/cross-regional team matrix interactions
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing consumer research studies in partnership with selected vendors and Kenvue cross functional teams
Act as study manager and lead cross functional teams to assure studies are executed as per plan and company procedures
Apply owners mindset by constantly looking for opportunities to strengthen and accelerate study methodology, protocol design and execution models
Represent Translational Science (across consumer and clinical research) in the cough and cold need state development team
Assure appropriate claims and consumer learning plans are developed for EMEA lead product innovation and major renovation projects
Partner closely with Consumer Business Intelligence, Product Design and Commercial teams to assure alignment of study objectives and plans
Partner with regulatory and medical affairs to assure plans meets regulatory and relevant industry association requirements
Engage with senior management, the wider translational science community and brand teams to share research outcomes
Maintain an outside-in perspective with required credible partnerships to assure that we continue to advance our capabilities with improved and new methodologies to help drive stronger claims, higher quality studies, as well as faster and more cost effective execution



What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in consumer self-care (OTC, Medical devices and Food supplements) product development, design and consumer research
Proven experience of consumer research for the OTC medicine category
Experience of consumer research from other consumer health categories (e.g. cosmetics, hair care)

What You Will Do
The Senior Engineer Global Packaging EMEA is responsible to lead and coordinate the development and qualification of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging in a variety of Self Care projects together with a wide range of internal and external partners and stakeholders. You will be the packaging technical expert in those multi type of projects. For example in new product development, reformulation, quality and compliance, improvement of existing packaging, qualification of equivalent packaging materials or additives, mold duplication, packaging cost improvement, plant support, improvement of products profitability.

What you will do
The Electrician is responsible for performing advanced electrical and electronic repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and modifications with limited supervision. You will lead or assist lower level technicians and ensure all safety policies and precautions are followed.

What you will do
The Sr Scientist, EMEA Translational Science R&D serves as a consumer and clinical strategy lead for innovation across all consumer health categories, with a primary focus on Cough and Cold. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate innovation opportunities within their assigned segments, need states or brands and create a fit for purpose end-to-end consumer learning plan for the initiative.
This position will specifically have responsibility in creating consumer research strategies, planning research, act as study manager and report the outcome of such studies to stake holders and management.
This role involves extensive cross-functional and global/cross-regional team matrix interactions.


Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing consumer research studies in collaboration with selected vendors and Kenvue cross functional teams
Act as study manager and lead cross functional teams to assure studies are executed as per plan
Apply owner’s mindset by constantly looking for opportunities to strengthen study methodology, protocol design and execution models
Represent Translational Science (across consumer and clinical research) in selected brand development teams
Assure appropriate claims and consumer learning plans are developed for EMEA lead product innovation project
Partner closely with R&D, Consumer Business Intelligence and Commercial teams to assure alignment of study objectives and plans
Partner with regulatory and medical affairs to assure plans meets regulatory requirements
Engage with senior management and brand teams to share research outcomes
Maintain an outside-in perspective with required credible partnerships to assure that we continue to advance our capabilities with improved and new methodologies to help drive stronger claims, higher quality studies, as well as faster and more cost-effective execution

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in consumer self-care (OTC, Medical devices and Food supplements) product development, design and consumer research
Proven experience of consumer research for the OTC medicine category
Some level of experience of consumer research from other consumer health categories (e.g. cosmetics, hair care)
Experience from partnering with consumer research agencies
Experience in OTC medicine product development and testing
Must have experience of leading project teams as well as strong skills in collaboration, communication, leadership and ability to effectively explain scientific concepts.
Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
R&D experience from the Cough and Cold OTC category
Experience from working with products in multiple regulatory classifications (food supplements, OTC medicines, cosmetics,…)

Du kommer att vara en del av Kenvue Facilities, som ansvarar för Kenvues lokaler, idag kontorslokaler, labb samt produktion på Kenvue Campus i Helsingborg. Är en del av den dagliga driften av HVAC/Utilities-avdelningens aktiviteter såsom utrymmesplanering, konstruktion, underhåll av utrustning, maskiner, byggnader och HVAC/Utilities-relaterade media samt övervakning av HVAC-system.
Stöder anläggning såväl som produktion i den dagliga hanteringen av HVAC/Utilities-system.

What will you do as a Technical Operations Supervisor?

Maintains all HVAC/Utilities files which are not limited to: documenting design drawings and specifications, budget and maintenance documentation, calibration.
Ensures minimal number of disturbances in production due to HVAC/Utilities systems.
Implements and complies with company safety practices, policies and procedures, recognizes and rewards safe behavior. Close on time any corrective actions impacting Utilities.
Assure compliance to Quality Requirements and any other local regulations.
Ensures that the staff have the necessary guidance and tools for effective job performance, supervises, develops, evaluates and corrects staff, when needed.

The Global Technical Leader is Kenvue's owner of all technical aspects of the assigned portfolio of products that constitute the marketed brands. The role will provide strategic leadership to ensure coordinated and consistent technical evolution of these trust mark brands on a worldwide basis through the execution of JJCH Product Ownership principles and programs. The Global Technical Leader will partner with leaders from Global Franchise Office, Global R&D, Global Product Quality, and work closely with regional and site Technical, Quality and Operations teams. The Global Technical Leader will establish global technical teams, consisting of key functional leaders, that are accountable for influencing the lifecycle management of the products within the assigned portfolio regionally and globally.
Using a never-ending pursuit of continued improvement and engagement through risk management, this role will establish and lead the global technical teams. Establish technical product and API strategies (for drug products) that support growth, innovation and supply chain initiatives. Establish global and regional strategies to ensure consistent and coordinated decision making related to product life cycle management, including but not limited to product registration strategies, formula optimization and rationalization, product testing and specification optimization, and product health analysis. Ensure consistent and coordinated actions related to issue/gap management, product quality and safety improvements, and product supply reliability. Serve as “voice of product” to enable regional team success through technical governance and facilitate product knowledge management, knowledge growth, and knowledge utilization. This role will champion the technical aspects of Quality by Design, Compliance, and Design for Manufacturability & Sustainability to enable the organization to achieve advancements in product reliability, agility, and performance.
This role will also have ownership for assigned global policies associated with product ownership, which requires strong influencing and technical skills spanning formula, process and packaging development and validation, with emphasis on the technical product ownership of innovation and lifecycle management. While the role will have no direct reports, the role requires adaptive interpersonal skills, including the capability to lead and mentor global cross-functional, cross-cultural groups, whether in person or remote for responsive problem solving. This Global Technical Leader is a critical connection point for cross-regional problem solving of cross-functional teams on wide spectrum of technical topics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) is preferred in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific field. Candidates with Associates Degree and substantial professional experience may be considered
Minimum 12+ years of experience with evidence of progressive increase in responsibility in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging, technical operations, or technical quality function in the OTC or Pharmaceutical Industry required. Experience working directly with commercial scale manufacturing or packaging is preferred. Supervisory experience is not required.
Excellent knowledge of GMP’s, SOP’s, latest regulatory trends, and global regulations as appropriate is required
Strong capability in leading simultaneous complex issues is required
Communicate effectively with other departments and divisions within and outside J&J to achieve desired outcomes is required
Must have a deep technical understanding of Consumer technologies, product design, process controls and organizational capabilities

MS&T is a center led MAKE Team consolidating capabilities from Global Technical Operations (GTO), Global Make Engineering (GME), Maintenance, and SMP manufacturing support activities into ONE organization at a cluster and regional level. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing, Sciences & Technology (MS&T) Cluster Leader for the region, the Site Lead, Manufacturing Asset Management (MAM), In partnership with the Site Leader and Site Leadership Team, is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership and tactical direction to the diverse and highly skilled team of Engineers, Maintenance Leads, Maintenance Technicians and Capital Project Managers passionate about driving and delivering efficient cost, safety, quality and compliance for the Helsingborg site manufacturing assets.


Specifically, the Site Lead will:
Provides strategic direction and planning for the engineering and maintenance functions at the site, identifying and leading initiatives to drive execution excellence and timely realization of the site goals and objectives.
Directs, guides and provides guidance for the site CapEx portfolio.
Owns the development of the Site Master Plan and manufacturing asset replacement strategy based on asset condition assessment, applying value analysis and incorporating results into the CapEx portfolio.
Owns asset Reliability elements from asset creation (system), PM design, spares strategy, to technical issues related to manufacturability
Is responsible for developing department annual budgets, and monitoring/controlling budget performance. Ensures sound management of headcount and expenses to meet approved spending plan and site functional targets
Leads the local Maintenance Agenda and oversees adherence to best practices and processes as adopted across the Supply Chain (JJOS-Manage Site assets) and the Consumer Health Maintenance CoE.
Engages, inspires, coaches and develops peers and subordinates toward the objectives of enhanced job performance, technical knowledge, career satisfaction, and professional development and growth.
Is responsible for ensuring the ISA-95 level 1 and 2 systems and associated operation is compliant and fit for intended use in accordance with applicable standards and procedures throughout systems lifecycle
Partners with MS&T Technology Strategy & Innovation team, Cluster leads and Enterprise in the design and delivery of appropriate contracts and agreements for contracted services, provided an adequate labor pool for all needed services
Works in close collaboration with EFM (Facilities) in terms of resource leveraging (reliability, planning, scheduling, spare parts), Technology application (Schad, CbM, CMMS) and Work processes eg maintenance support model



Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field mandatory.
Advanced Degree (Masters) in Engineering or MBA is helpful
Minimum twelve (12) years of meaningful business experience
Minimum of six (6) years of supervisory / people management experience with proven success in performance management and development
Experience in conceptual development, design and implementation, planning and scheduling and project management of capital projects ranging in value from 500K to 5 Mio USD.
Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a matrix management environment through effective communication, teamwork, and influence
Engineering and / or Maintenance experience in an operational environment within FDA or other regulated industry
Proficient in English language – writing, speaking and understanding
