The Team
Our Helsingborg Quality Control department is a team of 3, reporting to the Site Quality Control Leader. You will work closely with your colleagues in the QC team as well as other departments.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30.
Your work will focus on
As QC Inspector, you:
are the primary contact for the receipt and inspection of all intermediate and finished products
perform all required QC inspection of received items (including labels and labelling) prior to release for use or sale
ensure that records are properly filled and completed
check labelling
manage nonconforming product
review batch records

All tasks will be performed in our ERP-system SAP.
We are looking for a candidate, who
Is quality-oriented with high attention to details. You enjoy both collaborating within the team as well as working independently, and can communicate effectively with your co-workers.
It is beneficial if you can start working on short notice.
Furthermore, to be successful in the role, you:
Ideally have 2 years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Inspections
Preferably have experience in a Medical Device (or similar regulated) environment
Are able to communicate verbally and in written form in English
Are proficient in standard Office computer programs

We are now looking to hire a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Helsingborg.

About the role
As QC Inspector, the main scope is to conduct inspections of our products before being shipped to our customers all over the world.
This includes ensuring that records are properly filled and completed, checking the labelling, inspect returned goods, managing nonconforming product and review batch records. All tasks will be performed in our ERP system SAP.

You will work closely with the QC team as well as other departments. Our local Team Leader will support you on a daily basis.
This role reports to the Global QC Manager.


Skills & Experience
· Ideally 2 years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Inspections
· Experience in a Medical Device (or similar regulated environment) is preferred
· Able to communicate verbally and in written form in English, additional languages a benefit
· Effective communication skills
· Proficient in standard Office computer programs
· Quality oriented thinking and actions with attention to details
· Able to work both cooperatively in a team and independently
· Experience from working in SAP is beneficial
