What will you work on?
In the role as NPL Coordinator / Developer you will work in a small team of 3 more persons, responsible for Resurs Group’s strategy, development and cooperation with our collection partners in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. This role’s responsibility covers Denmark and Norway. Your main tasks will be the following:
• Follow-up and development of cash-flow and solution rates through Resurs’ benchmark strategy and regular meetings / contacts with our litigation partners
• Set the cash-flow budget for Denmark and Norway on product- and litigation partner level, and to communicate the budget targets to our partners
• Responsible for documentation, development, production documents, PoA and other documents together with our litigation partners
• Secure the cooperation between our pre-collection teams and our litigation partners. It is also included to invite to gatherings and education that befriend the litigation cooperation.
• Support the finance department regarding reports and information required for the accounting and reconciliation of the litigation portfolios
• Develop the follow-up, dashboards and other analysis regarding the litigation business
• The role is located in Borås, Copenhagen, Helsingborg or Oslo as agreed in the recruitment process
Who are you?
We are looking for you who has experience within litigation processes, either through working at a litigation agency or working closely with litigation agencies. Working with business development or economical college studies is seen as a merit.
You are a communicative person who can put the demands to our litigation partners in a clear, but humble, way. You are skilled in Office and especially Excel and you manage English well in both writing and talking. We are looking for a team player with the ability to combine building relations and making analysis in a successful way.
To succeed in the role you work with a clear business focus with clear targets and the attitude that nothing is impossible.

• Employment rate: Full time (The position is permanent with an initial probationary employment period of 6 months.)
