Purpose of function and job:

Assignment
• Strategically contribute to the Country Management Team and governance forums, representing market perspectives, prioritizing impactful initiatives, and ensuring alignment with IKEA’s purpose, Group guidelines, and overall business and people agendas.
• Develop and lead the IKEA omnichannel plan and ecosystem agenda within the CRP, ensuring alignment across physical, digital, remote, and third?party formats to deliver seamless, sustainable, and affordable customer experiences, enabled by strong fulfilment, digital, and service capabilities.
• Drive market growth, performance and operational excellence by enabling Market Leaders, ensuring first?time?right solutions, leveraging customer insights, and optimizing the One Total Country Portfolio for efficiency, profitability, continuity, and long?term business impact. Accountable for the full country deployment roadmap, ensuring adoption and value realization.
• Embed compliance, sustainability and risk management by ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations, integrating the People & Planet Positive agenda, and maintaining safe, compliant and market?relevant operations across all units.

Previous experience:
• Minimum 6 years of managerial experience.
• University degree and 8 years of related experience, or minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience, including leading large teams, managing change, and developing high-level leaders in complex, global organizations with physical and digital operations.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving P&L results, meeting budgets and goals, and leading national-level projects and processes.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and collaboration, building large-scale networks, managing vendors, and engaging receivers to create passion for plans.

För att möta våra kunders behov har vi varierande arbetstider. Vi arbetar både vardagar, kvällar och helger. I sommar kan du få möjlighet att jobba hos oss allt mellan 20 timmar/v till 31t/v och dina arbetstider varierar mellan kl 07:00 - 20:30 (för logistik 05:00 - 23:00). Vi förväntar oss att du kan jobba under samtliga?11 veckor,?(v. 24-34). Vissa dagar ledigt kan eventuellt kunna beviljas i dialog med chef, men längre perioder av ledighet under sommarperioden kommer inte beviljas.
Självklart kommer du att få en introduktion till ditt nya arbete. Denna hålls i juni. Vi kommer att kunna erbjuda jobb på kvällar och helger även innan/efter sommarperioden.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead and inspire the Retail Solution team, a diverse team of about 20 people. You will challenge them to take actions that exploits commercial opportunities both in the short and long term while securing relevant and inspiring range presentation, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distances IKEA retailers from the competition. Furthermore you will;
• Lead remodeling initiatives for existing stores SISAN, (Store In Shape As New), to make sure developments are in line with the IKEA identity and to optimize commercial opportunities
• Act as a member of the HF&RD; (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) team and proactively contribute to the HF&RD; plan/output to deliver to the common objectives and goals while supporting global initiatives and business priorities
• Actively cooperate with key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Digital, Customer Fulfilment (CFF), Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations & Finance (BNOF), People & Culture)
• Secure that the country Commercial team has the right understanding of the store layout, range presentation and store communication to contribute to the development of all customer meeting points

- Leda, coacha och inspirera ett mångsidigt och högpresterande team som har rätt kompetens och som får möjlighet att agera på eget initiativ.

Hej, I am Louise - Customer Engagement & Loyalty Manager at IKEA Retail Sweden. I am looking for you who likes to work with data analytics, statistical modelling and to monitor, follow up and recommend actions based on results.
We are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in - retail and data analytics, especially from large datasets. Knowledge of customer behavior in relation to loyalty programs and CRM as well as of performance marketing measures is an advantage as well as experience setting KPIs and following up on them.

In the role as Country Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst, you are responsible of providing customer analytics and insights. Customer Fulfilment is the logistics function within IKEA that contributes to a seamless shopping experience for the many people. Customer fulfilment is responsible for ensuring the availability of products and services by securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective, the logistics in the stores, for operating different types of distribution centres, and for home deliveries, assembly and installation services for the IKEA customers in Sweden. The organization employs 2 500 co-workers and provides approximately 1 150 000 deliveries, assembly and installation services per year.
The Central Fulfilment Function operates the Distribution and Customer Distribution Centers and one Parcel Unit with locations in Älmhult, Torsvik and Arlanda.

DINA DAGLIGA UPPGIFTER
Som Team Leader på vår Logistik-funktion kommer du arbeta både operativt och administrativt. Dem två Team Leader-tjänster kommer ha olika ansvarsområden där den ena tjänsten riktar sig mot Inflödet så som inleveranser och varupåfyllnad, och den andra tjänsten riktar sig mot Utflödet så som Click & Collect och vår varuutlämning. Uppgifterna i vardagen kommer variera och den ena dagen är inte den andra lik. Våra jobb under sommaren är populära och vi ägnar en stor tid till vår sommarrekryteringsprocess. Det innebär tyvärr att den kan upplevas som lång, men håll ut, vi jobbar på så fort vi kan med att ge dig besked i processens olika steg. Vår främsta kontakt sker via epost, så håll koll på din inkorg, men även på din skräppost då våra mejl ibland hamnar där.

Många av oss som jobbar på IKEA idag har börjat med ett jobb under sommaren. Nu söker vi flertalet medarbetare till vårt Customer Support Centre (CSC) med placering i Helsingborg till sommaren 2022.
Du kanske i dagsläget studerar, har en timanställning någon annanstans, har ett eget företag vid sidan om, eller inte lyckats hitta ditt drömjobb ännu? Vi tror på de många människorna och söker alla typer av talanger till våra Customer Support Centres (CSC).
För vem vet… Kanske är det du som är med och utvecklar framtidens IKEA, i Sverige eller utomlands.
Vi söker medarbetare till våra avdelningar Customer Resolution och Service and Sales. Båda dessa avdelningar är uppdelade i två segment, arbete mot privatkund eller företagskund. Gemensamt för dessa avdelningar är att du älskar kontakt med kund och har en förmåga att se möjligheter i de omöjliga. För att trivas i någon av dessa roller behöver du ha ett öppet sinne för förändring och gilla arbeta i ett mycket högt tempo, där du ser tjusningen i att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och KPI:er. Vi möter våra kunder genom telefon, mail, chatt och sociala medier och vi ser det som en självklarhet att du som söker är intresserad av att arbeta i samtliga kanaler!

SERVICE & SALES
Här möter vi kund innan och under deras köp, där vår främsta uppgift är att öka försäljningen för IKEA Sverige. Detta tillsammans med att leverera bästa möjliga kundupplevelse:
•Våra kunder kontaktar oss när de behöver vår hjälp att handla. Du är därför en fena på att tyda köpsignaler och leda kunden till avslut.
•Vi hjälper våra kunder att planera sina olika rum i hemmet. Det innebär att du är kreativ och nyfiken i ditt möte med kund för att kunna göra en så bra behovsanalys som möjligt.
•Vi hjälper våra kunder med frågor som berör vårt sortiment och även dess montering. Här ser vi gärna att du har ett brett heminredningsintresse för att du ska kunna inspirera och hjälpa våra kunder. Du kommer arbeta mot antingen vårt kökssortiment eller resterande sortiment.
•I den här rollen ser vi gärna att du tidigare arbetat med någon form av försäljning då det är viktigt att du trivs i en miljö där vi arbetar mot försäljningsmål.
CUSTOMER RESOLUTION:
Här är huvuduppgiften att hjälpa våra kunder med frågor och ärenden efter köpet:
•Vi hanterar frågor som berör reklamation, retur och leveransärenden kopplat till kundens köpprocess. För att trivas med just dessa arbetsuppgifter bör du tycka om problemlösning och ibland tänka utanför boxen.
•Vi supporterar kunder i olika typer av ärenden där inget är de andra likt. Här behöver du vara lyhörd och kommunikativ samt se till varje kunds specifika utmaning.
•Ditt fokus är att lösa kundens problem och skapa enkelhet där vi ska se till att IKEA blir det självklara valet för kunden att handla.
•I den här rollen ser vi gärna att du som söker är bekväm med att ta egna beslut och känner dig trygg med att stå fast vid dessa
Vänligen notera att vi kommer hålla utbildningar för samtliga tjänster under antingen dagtid från v.18 eller kväll &helg; från vecka 16.

Vi på IKEA Customer Support Centre (CSC) supporterar IKEA kunder i Sverige med service och reklamation, försäljning och information samt inspiration kring heminredning. Idag är vi runt 350 medarbetare som sitter både i Helsingborg och Älmhult. Vi behöver bli fler under sommaren och söker dig som tillsammans med Customer Support Centre (CSC) vill fortsätta bidra till IKEA framgångsrika affärsidé; att skapa en bättre vardag för de många människorna.
Vi erbjuder olika kontraktsmått upp till 100 %. Är du intresserad av att fortsätta arbeta hos oss även efter sommaren kommer det finnas goda möjligheter till det - både som student och på högre sysselsättningsgrad!

OM ATT VARA SÄLJARE PÅ IKEA
På IKEA är den ena dagen aldrig den andra lik. På säljavdelningen kommer du att jobba med de viktigaste personerna för oss – våra kunder. Du kommer att hjälpa våra kunder att planera deras hem med hjälp av våra smarta heminredningslösningar. Allt för att överträffa kundens förväntningar.
Vi kommer i samband med din anställning erbjuda utbildning inom försäljning och våra olika planeringsverktyg. Vi ser därför gärna att du är tillgänglig att ta del av denna utbildning under veckorna 5 – 9.

Distributionscentralen (DC) i Älmhult och övriga enheter i Sverige driver den största lagerverksamheten i Sverige. Vårt uppdrag är att ta emot varor från 100-tals leverantörer och sedan leverera varorna i rätt tid, med högsta möjliga kvalitet till lägsta möjliga kostnad ut till våra IKEA varuhus runt om i Norden.

För att du skall trivas behöver du känna igen dig i följande förmågor:?
Kundfokus: I ditt arbete hos oss på Distributionscentral (DC) Älmhult och vårt internåkeri kommer du inte att träffa kunderna ansikte mot ansikte, men du behöver tänka på kunden när du hanterar vårt gods. Alla kunder vill få rätt varor, hela förpackningar och i tid. Tänker du på kunden som din kompis i ditt arbete blir det mycket bättre.
Gilla högt?tempo:?Då vi förser alla Nordens varuhus med våra produkter så har vi oftast mycket att göra. Har du förmågan att ha fullt fokus på kvalitetstänket samtidigt som du håller koll på klockan för att hinna köra en lastbil och komma i tid till varuhuset i Kalmar? Då är chansen stor att du kommer att gilla jobbet hos oss!
Lösningsorienterad: Istället för att påpeka fel och anmärka, så är du en person som tar tag i saker och gör något åt det. Du har en vilja att förbättra och utveckla Internåkeriet där du tar initiativ till förbättringar.

På vår Distributionscentral (DC) i Älmhult hanterar vi både inkommande och avgående gods. Vi kör lastbil med gods mellan våra olika byggnader och det krävs att du har minst C-körkort. CE-körkort samt YKB-utbildning är starkt meriterande.
I dina dagliga uppgifter ingår:
• Förflytta våra lastbärare på ett säkert och effektivt sätt
• Rapportera fel och brister gällande våra fordon och lastbärare
• Följa våra rutiner och säkerhetsregler
På vår Distributionscentral (DC) i Älmhult har vi verksamheten ständigt igång, där de flesta av våra medarbetare arbetar i olika skift mellan 06:00-23:30 och helger inkluderas. Vi har även nattskift. Anställningen är mellan v. 25-34.

STRESSTÅLIG - Efter en shoppingrunda i varuhuset börjar våra kunders magar bli tomma och de börjar dra sig emot vår restaurang och bistro. Det medför att tempot är tidvis högt på IKEA Food, därför är det bra att du är van att hantera liknande raska situationer.
DRIVEN - När tempot väl är lite lägre är du inte den som står tomhänt! Det finns alltid något att göra oavsett om det är att fylla på varor eller ta ett race i disken. Du är driven och letar alltid efter nya arbetsuppgifter.
KUNDFOKUSERAD - IKEA är till för de många människorna och därmed ska vi alltid sätta kunden i fokus. Du är social, omtänksam och strävar alltid efter att överträffa kundens förväntningar.
LAGSPELARE - Teamet på IKEA Food i Helsingborg drivs av deras gemenskap och förmåga att samarbeta därför är det viktigt att du känner igen dig i dessa egenskaper!
HJÄLPSAM OCH PRESTIGELÖS - På IKEA ger vi och tar ansvar och på ett prestigelöst sätt leder genom exempel. När en kollega frågar och hjälp är det inte en fråga om; “ja, nej eller kanske” utan; “vad kan jag hjälpa till med?”. DITT ANSVAR
Låt mig presentera lite kort vad ditt dagliga arbete kommer bestå utav! Du kommer inte vara anställd i bistron, restaurangen eller Swedish Food Market, du kommer vara anställd av IKEA Food vilket innefattar arbete på samtliga ovanända avdelningar som är fördelad på två våningar i varuhuset. För dig innebär detta ett stort omfång av flertalet arbetsuppgifter och ett varierande arbete, allt från; försäljning av matvaror, kassahantering, diskplockning, servering och “meet-and-greet" av våra kunder. Det kan komma till att du kommer rotera mellan olika avdelningar under samma schemaperiod.

Vi söker flertalet medarbetare varav kontraktsmåttet sträcker sig mellan 10-12h/v och fortlöper tillsvidare. Arbetstiderna är förlagda vardagar och helger samt tidiga morgnar, tidigast 07:00, såväl sena kvällar, men som senast fram till klockan 20:00.

Som Visual merchandiser på IKEA Haparanda innebär arbetet en stor variation mellan att planera och fysiskt bygga upp olika typer av butikslösningar.
Du kommer att bidra till att göra IKEA till förstahandsalternativet för heminredning för våra nuvarande och blivande kunder genom att:
• Skapa heminredningslösningar för enstaka produkter eller en kombinationer av produkter för att förbättra människors vardag.
• Demonstrera IKEAs unika sortiment med hjälp av dina kunskaper inom visuell marknadsföring och displaytekniker på olika butiksytor för att särskilja oss från konkurrenterna.
• Använda butikens layout för att skapa en god produktöversikt och stark visuell påverkan som underlättar köpprocessen.
• Driva och utveckla verksamheten tillsammans med övriga funktioner på varuhuset för att nå tillväxt och skapa ett ännu mer konkurrenskraftigt IKEA.
• Coacha dina medarbetare i Visual merchandiser-teamet.

Där andra ser heminredningsprodukter ser vi smarta lösningar för att skapa en bättre vardag. Med mycket passion, fantasi och brainstorming omvandlar vi färger, textilier och möbler till inspirerande miljöer som fängslar, engagerar och övertygar IKEAs besökare att de också kan göra det!

To be successful in this role have proven advanced training in information technology, business information management or equivalent. You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a data manager or in a similar assignment. You have also probably experience from Agile working set-up? You are experienced in working with data queries. In addition, you have strong documented leadership skills and experience from leading in an interdependent way. You might even have had your own team?


You have knowledge in following areas:
• extensive knowledge of the principles of data management and –administration
• IT-systems and high-tech databases
• fast-moving data technology landscape
• the requirements of data management systems that centralise data from different platforms and enable agility and flexibility to respond to customer needs
• requirements from common applicable information policies, rules and legislation (e.g. GDPR)
• understanding of relationships and dependencies between data areas
• familiar with DAMA (Data Management Association) and preferably CDMP certified.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Management Leader you will oversee the various data systems and drive efficient acquisition, organisation and storage, and usage of available data within the country. You will also ensure accurate, trusted, and relevant data within IKEA, through operational data lifecycle management and quality activities, thereby optimising the business value of data.
You will:

• be accountable for the implementation of Ingka´s end-to-end data governance framework.
• secure global solutions are developed with local regulations, standards, and cultural expectations.
• contribute relevant input to activities within IKEA’s data acquisition, data processing and data storage happen according local and corporate regulations.
• monitor data trends in the country, including customer perceptions of data usage.
• implement data governance/management processes focusing on data standardization to improve data quality
• support and provide input into the implementation of policies, guidelines (including GDPR compliance), and requirements for data management and maintain data management plans and operating instructions for complex business systems and architectures
• monitor and follow up data quality and compliance to data management standards.
• be responsible for overseeing data systems (solutions containing data) within country according to governance framework – and enabling optimal usage and securing acquisition and storage of available data.

The purpose of the job is to ensure the availability of products, working closely with the Commercial function & stakeholders in Inter IKEA, by that enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:
As a Replenishment Supply specialist, you will:
• Analyse the Swedish fulfilment units forecast & together with the Commercial function create the best prerequisites for availability.
• Coach our fulfilment units to enable seamless daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market, with focus on the processes creating availability.
• Securing an end-to-end planning of NEWs, running & discontinued articles by monitoring replenishment parameters and act on deviations & support our fulfilment units with competence
• Secure optimal replenishment solutions to fulfilment units
• Build-up of correct stock levels prior to peak sales periods, supply constraint periods and sales activities
• Contribute with knowledge & expertise to optimize operational and multichannel development and to secure continued improvement, supporting the customer’s shopping experience
We are looking for one permanent and one temporary (1 year), both roles are located in Helsingborg. You will report to the Replenishment Manager.

Customer Fulfilment is the logistics function within IKEA that contributes to a seamless shopping experience for the many people. Customer fulfilment is responsible for ensuring the availability of products and services by securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective, the logistics in the stores, for operating different types of distribution centres, and for home deliveries, assembly and installation services for the IKEA customers in Sweden. The organization employs 2 500 co-workers and provides approximately 1 150 000 deliveries, assembly and installation services per year.

Vi ser gärna att du är intresserad av att arbeta vidare i höst, då vi har många deltidstjänster att erbjuda, förlagda främst på helger.

Vi erbjuder semestervikariat på både hel- och deltid med chans till förlängning. Vi har även möjlighet att erbjuda tillsvidareanställning med en inledande provanställning med start i April. Vi arbetar både kvällar och helger och har varierade arbetstider.
