Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, security).
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) with focus on security and performance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and hybrid integrations (Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access).
Monitor system health, performance, and security across Azure and Microsoft 365.
Automate and optimize deployments using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform).
Provide support and guidance on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Manage and troubleshoot Citrix environments (VDI, application streaming).
Deploy and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and related components.
Administer server infrastructure, lifecycle management, patching, and capacity planning.
Manage SCCM/Intune for updates, patches, and application delivery.
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for infrastructure services and applications.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory.
Administer Active Directory (objects, GPOs, replication, security).
Work with networking (LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching).
Manage storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Implement monitoring and alerting for availability and incident response.
Collaborate with cybersecurity to enforce security best practices.
Develop automation scripts to streamline provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
Share knowledge and mentor team members.
Participate in IT projects and seek continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Citrix administration (VDI, application streaming, deployments, and maintenance).
Strong experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Azure administration (IaaS, PaaS, identity management, conditional access).
Strong Active Directory knowledge (objects, group policies, replication).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) is a plus.
Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, firewall rules).
Experience managing backup solutions, storage systems, and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with administration.
Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM and/or Intune.

I rollen som e-Hälsostrateg kommer du att driva förvaltningens utvecklingsarbete inom området e-Hälsa och digitalisering. Utvecklingen av e-Hälsa ska bidra till nya lösningar och arbetssätt för att kunna erbjuda våra invånare en tillgänglig, trygg och kvalitetssäkrad hälso- och sjukvård.

About the position

This position has accountability for the technology / performance / portfolio of the standard and local products in the plants that are specific to the Consumer Manufacturing processes. Qualifications

Required:

* 4+ years of IT product (application) management, design and solution in deployment of major IT capabilities (like manufacturing / shop floor systems)
* Business & Communication skills. Shown ability to work efficiently with business and technology partners to understand business requirement
* Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multi-location, multi-functional teams
* Leadership experience in building teams with the above capabilities
* Proficiency in English

Preferred:

Arbetsuppgifter
En av de centrala arbetsuppgifterna för denna tjänst är att vara systemförvaltare för enhetens verksamhetssystem, bland annat Microsoft Dynamics CRM och Mitel Contact Center Enterprise samt chatt- och botverktyget. Du har också ansvar för att koordinera utvecklingen av verksamhetssystemen utifrån användarnas och verksamhetens behov. Helsingborgs Hamn står inför en omfattande och spännande förändringsresa, där den första destinationen är bygget av en ny, tekniskt modern hamn i södra Helsingborg, som planeras stå klar 2028. Då rollen som IT-Projektledare är en senior tjänst med ansvar för att driva komplexa IT-implementeringsprojekt, ser vi att du bör runt 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva IT-projekt, med god kvalitet i genomförandet. IKEA group is organized in two main groups of companies, Inter IKEA and INGKA. Inter IKEA owns the product range and the supply chain up until the stores or CDC´s from where INGKA deliver the products to the customers.
Group Digital is a part of INGKA where this role is organized. At INGKA we call this role Platform Operations Owner (PfOO), but you are probably more familiar with the title Service Delivery Manager. As PfOO you will be responsible for all aspects of daily run operations of a group of applications used by Inter IKEA. The responsibility for development of those applications is with your customer at Inter. Since you are responsible for a delivery between two legal entities a basic contract understanding is necessary even though we all operate under the IKEA umbrella.
The PfOO need to understand the platforms/applications they are responsible for, run and improve budget, infrastructure, support processes, contracts, vendor management and customer management. This is done in close collaboration with colleagues inside INGKA such as Business Navigators, Infrastructure Managers, Support Managers, Contract & Vendor Managers and our externally sourced Application Maintenance and Support (AM&S)-teams. Vi söker nu en processledare som vill arbeta med vår digitala utveckling i mellanrummet mellan tekniska lösningar och behov i verksamheten. Som processledare är du en del av Kvalitetsenheten. Du arbetar även med förvaltningens ledning samt chefer och medarbetare i verksamheterna för att driva och stödja digitaliseringsprocesser som skapar förutsättningar för att fler invånare ska försörja sig själva.

Arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker en processledare som kan: 


• Processleda förvaltningens arbete med systemförvaltning. En del i detta arbete innebär att vara teamledare för förvaltningens tre systemförvaltare och systemadministratör. 
• Samordna förvaltningens arbete med digitalisering. I detta arbete ingår att tillsammans med förvaltningsledningen och verksamheterna arbeta med en strukturerad genomförandeplan för förvaltningens arbete med digitalisering. 
• Stödja och driva projekt tillsammans med verksamheterna som syftar till att utveckla digitala verktyg.

Arbetet med dessa tre delar innebär att du kommer att vara en del av stadsgemensamma sammanhang för att driva gemensamma initiativ. De stadsgemensamma forumen utgör en viktig samarbetsarena mellan förvaltningen och stadens centrala resurser för digitalisering. 

Förvaltningen arbetar utifrån ambitionen att skapa ett så kvalitativt flöde för invånaren som möjligt i kontakten med oss. En del i detta är att hitta digitala lösningar som ger mervärde till såväl personal som de invånare vi möter. Som processledare för förvaltningens digitaliseringsarbete arbetar du som en stödfunktion till förvaltningens tre verksamhetsdelar samt förvaltningsledningen. Arbetet kommer att innebära varierande arbetsuppgifter då det är en bred roll vars fokus kommer att variera utifrån behov.Rollen är en nyckelfunktion i förvaltningens arbete med digitalisering.

Tjänstgöring dagtid, dock vid behov viss kvällstjänstgöring.

Kvalifikationer
För att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du ha en akademisk examen som arbetsgivaren bedömer relevant för uppdraget. För att lyckas med ditt uppdrag har du god förmåga och erfarenhet av att: 


• Bidra med lösningsfokus och ett arbetssätt som bygger på samspel. 
• Driva processer framåt och vara kreativ och öppen för nya arbetssätt. 
• Arbeta i gränslandet mellan verksamhetsutveckling och digital utveckling. 
• Arbeta med digitalisering som metod för verksamhetsutveckling. 
• Arbeta inlyssnande och kommunikativt för att förstå olika behov samt skapa samsyn utifrån olika perspektiv. 
• Planera, genomföra och analysera processer och projekt. 
• God systemkompetens och att se helhet. 
• Erfarenhet av projektledning. 
• Erfarenhet av kravställan i relation till leverantörer. 

Erfarenhet av arbete med systemen VIVA eller Tieto Education är meriterande men inte ett krav. 

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet och att du kan samspela som ledare i en processorganisation. Erfarenhet av motsvarande eller liknande arbete krävs.

In this role you will be a key resource to ensure the business unit uses the Infor LN suite in the most suitable way according to business needs. You will be responsible for project managing the business unit core team, collaborate with stakeholders in and outside the business unit to ensure business needs are met and timely executed.

You will work globally with JBT Corporation ERP team, your peers in other JBT business units, consultants, and end-users to implement LN according to Infor IA best practice and JBT global business processes.

To be successful at this we believe that you have at least 5 years of experience in Infor LN Industrial CloudSuite, with at least 1 implementation project including TP Projects and Finance. You have a strong understanding of business processes that you apply comfortably in LN. You have a proven track record as a successful project manager in an international environment. As a person you have a strong inner drive, good analytical ability, and a genuine will to drive change. You enjoy working in an international environment both in teams and on your own. The position is located in our Helsingborg office and it is a requirement that you speak English.

Om rollen

I rollen som Digital Specialist på Ecophon kommer du vara spindeln i nätet för flertalet digitala projekt. Som Digital Specialist kommer du att ingå i marknadsavdelningen med flera digitalt inriktade kollegor. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an Engineering Manager you will be delivering value to customers and co-workers through our logistic products in the ‘Fulfilment Locations’ domain, you will have the exciting challenge to:
? Build and run the technology that underpins our global circa 40 billion Euro business across 377 IKEA stores, 40+ fulfilment centres, click & collect solutions, final mile delivery and services like installation in our customers’ homes.

Socialförvaltningen i Helsingborg ansvarar för stadens individ och familjeomsorg. Vi söker en digital strateg som vill arbeta i en meningsfull verksamhet och utveckla framtidens digitala socialtjänst. Du kommer att ingå i förvaltningens Kvalitetsenhet tillsammans med bland andra systemförvaltare, systemhandläggare, nämnds- och förvaltningssekreterare, jurister, handläggare och chefskoordinator.

Här vågar vi testa, utforska och pröva nytt. Vi vill att du arbetar med vår digitala utveckling i mellanrummet mellan tekniska lösningar och verksamhetsbehov. Arbetsuppgifter
Du initierar, stödjer och driver projekt för att utveckla digitala verktyg som underlättar och skapar mervärde för invånaren i kontakten med socialtjänsten. Som digital strateg arbetar du med alla verksamhetsdelar i förvaltningen men finns också med i förvaltnings- och stadsövergripande processer kopplat till ditt kompetens- och ansvarsområde.?

Du fungerar som förvaltningens övergripande operativa systemägare. Du har vidare ansvar för förvaltningens gemensamma digitaliseringsstrategi och förväntas ha en strukturerad genomförandeplan för arbetet samt aktivt driva och stödja i digitaliseringsprocesser. Detta ska ske i samspel och med delaktighet från verksamheterna.?

Förvaltningen arbetar utifrån ambitionen att skapa ett så kvalitativt flöde för invånaren som möjligt i kontakten med oss. En del i detta är att hitta digitala lösningar som ger mervärde till de invånare vi möter.

Du ska ha en högskoleexamen eller YH-examen inom IT, eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig och flerårig erfarenhet av liknande arbete.
